Really enjoy working from BizSpace at…

Really enjoy working from BizSpace at Newcastle Business Park. Lisa (our manager) couldn't be nicer and more helpful. It's a clean and safe environment and works well for our business needs. My only constructive criticism of the space is that the communal corridors can be cold, so some investment in better heating there would be worthwhile. Also, perhaps if some of the refurbishment work to the first floor could have been completed before we moved in; so as to keep the noise levels down during the working day, that would have been better all round, but hopefully it will be complete soon! Overall, very happy with the location and setting and Lisa is great.

I have been at Biz Space

I have been at Biz Space - Design Works Felling for the past month and have never felt so happy and at home with my business in the new location! Manager Sam has been amazing from the day I viewed the property helping me out and making sure everything was ready for my moving in! She is always on hand for any problems or issues and is super helpful! Gill the receptionist has also been very welcoming and helpful since I moved in too!Would 100% recommend moving your business to this location!

Cadcam Centre, Middlesbrough

Tees Valley Rural Community Council, (TVRCC) has been a tenant of Bizspace just short of 8 years and have over that time had good working relationships with the site managers. I've been with TVRCC for 3 years and at the beginning of 2018 a harsh decision had to be made by myself and the Trustees to downsize the organisation and look for smaller offices. TVRCC was well established within the Cadcam Centre complex and so I approached Kerry Garbutt, Cluster Manager for Teesside to see if there was anything available for us. Kerry responded straight away and I'm delighted to say that there was space available for us. From that point on Kerry took me under her wing and made sure that the licence change over from 2a to 33-35 Cadcam Centre was as seamless as possible. Not least the overhead savings, that Kerry has been a part of helping the organisation to make has made myself and the Trustees very happy bunnies indeed, Kerry is a wonderful person to deal with, is extremely approachable and nothing is too much trouble for her. Well done Kerry Garbutt and thanks for all your help and we love being part of Bizspace and the Cadcam Centre. I personally can't thank you enough as from January right up until our move in June you have been there to support me. Biz Space Northampton- tried to rip off my deposit. They make up any old thing as an excuse for keeping it. Beware. I complained, but it took a month of dedicated chasing and threat of court action. They didn't know the rental law regarding deposits.

Design Works -GatesheadI was a previous occupier at Design Works 7 year ago with Scottish Power. Having recently joined a new company called TOTO Energy Limited I was asked to find new offices. My first port of call was Design Works as I recall it had been a pleasure to be situated there in the past. When we viewed we could not believe how much it had changed , and what a difference this has made to the Centre.I was very pleased to see that Samantha is now the Manager and how professional she conducts herself. Gillian on reception is an absolute pleasure and they both do a great job, nothing is ever too much trouble for them .The facilities are fantastic , FREE car parking , Café and the location is central.Keep up the good work From TOTO

Bizspace Ashford, best office space

Bizspace Ashford is an lovley space. The front entrance is nice and open and the offices are open and filled with natural light. Their is never a dull day in the building,thanks to the building manager Roisin. She encourages everyone to try and know who they share the space with so everyone can connect and help each other out. This can be from door comitisions to monthly spotlights.

Bizspace Gloucester, Morelands Trading Estate

I have been a customer of Bizspace for 5 years now and I highly recommend them. If you are looking for affordable business premises in the centre of Gloucester, you won’t find better than Bizspace at the Morelands Trading Estate. With many companies on site, you also get a real sense of community, where everyone looks out for each other. Bizspace are also currently spending thousands on renovations and upgrades to offices and the industrial units. Jackie Houslop has been the site manager for many years and she overseas everything and the day to day running. Her expertise will help you to find the right office or unit for your company. Bizspace, Design Works - Gateshead

I have been working for my current company for over a year now and have been in Bizspace - Gateshead for all of that time and i must say it is a brilliant space if you are looking for easy, no-hassel and high quality business premises!Sam and Gillian help make things easy and simple and are always willing to help out when they can! The buildings have recently come under new management and the refurbishments are brilliant!!! Maintenance is now held to high standards and the facilities and extras available are great, including; 24/7 access, free easy access car parking, support on hand when needed and kitchen/cafe facilities!

During my time at bizspace (3 years) my experience has been overall positive. I had some small issues when moving in with the lights the technicians couldn't figure out why my lights would not work. However a staff member called John came on the scene and he was really good he managed to resolved everything very quickly and he has fixed a lot of things around the site now.The current Manager (Kerry) is very pleasant to deal with friendly and organised. Kerry sat in the glass office so you knew when she was in and you always felt welcome to pop in if you had a suggestion or problem. With bizspace I like the fact that you can assess you're office 24/7 and the site is also secure with fob, cameras, security and perimeter fencing.The reception and public areas are always clean and well maintained, the kitchen and meeting room facilities are good.The only suggestion I would like to make is the having the fast internet installed at the premises would be a great help for most offices, essential for some and even provide most business for bizspace. However I also noticed yesterday Virgin Media was digging up the ground next to the building so I guess it must be getting installed.For anyone looking to get a office with good facities and good value, I would certainly recommend bizspace.

Second to none

I have been a customer with Bizspace in Nottingham for over 5 years now, during that time they have supported me throughout and have been able to help me and my business constantly. They have been superb to me as my company has grown and more importantly during difficult times. The manager Jamie is incredible, he has given me fantastic business advice and help, he has even introduced me to new customers. The site is very well managed and looked after by the whole team and I cannot fault them at all! As landlords go I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family (as I often do!) I have been a tenant of the biscpace in Perivale over 7 years and frankly to make this a non boring review I have no complaints against to the service my has office has received from the managment . The service has inproved even more since Miss Natalie Stonhouse has been in charge . Natalie has provided an excellent service by any queries that my office had so far by being very professional and helpful at anytime ! Bizspace, Design Works Gateshead.

We are based in Design Works Gateshead, we have a lovely office on the second floor. The centre is well maintained, very clean and has a lovely friendly atmosphere. The centre manager Sam is very nice and helpful, nothing is a problem, she is always willing to help. There is free parking and we are right next to a metro station.

have had no power for 24 hours now. trying to run businesses and the whole industrial estate is without power. update from site manager has simply been 'when we know you'll know' after talking to power grid and some locals apparently there is a key that needs to come up from down south so engineers can start to see what the problem is!! not good enough. power grid are on site but can do nothing as there's no key 🤔

I would wholly recommend Lesley and her team to anyone seeking business premises. It appears my review has been expunged- Northampton Bizspace

It appears my review has been expunged! so here it is again! Värde Partners Claw Back £380 Million, by putting rents up over 11% to 15%! Their logo on the billing invoice "where business gets it buzz" alternatively "where business gets stung!" After being a regular prompt payer for a small office within BizSpace Northampton, having had no issues with anyone, I received a 15% annual renewal increase! I was advised I could negotiate this on email - so I asked, to be advised "it did not apply to me" with my licence - I have kept all emails which states, this was available. It's usually practice for commercial landlords, to put up rents every 3-4 years, not within 1 year of a new business starting. An observation - good feedback appears to be from starry-eyed NEW customers! Lovely when you move in. until you receive your next, eye watering, annual renewal increase of 15%!!! (cheaper though, if you go back to sales or call them, it works out at 11% - which in its self is still higher than national average increase of 3-5 % per year, if at all) the knock-on effect pushes you inconveniently to find new premises, I refuse to pass on this rise, by adding additional % to my clients bill! particularly in this current economic/politically challenging climate. BizSpace, cannot do enough for you when you are new, falsely believing that you “get a special rate” when it's just the standard one, gift-wrapped nonsense "special rate" which turned out to be the standard rate with online sales team! Beware of your leaving costs on vacating - £150.00 plus VAT, for a one person occupied office, for an alleged mail forwarding service (I have never had mail, exept for the one letter from the West Northampton's Council Business Rates Department) additionally watch out for the Charge of £165.00 plus VAT for EICR one person occupied office! (this is in fact required every 2- 3 years, so why annual charge for a small office with one light user 10ft x 10ft space (hardly a heavy industrial unit) Therefore, these charges equate would you believe it - Yes! its about a month's rent, clawed back by greedy BizSpace! Double check your agreements-ask questions! Facilities: toilets in desperate need of update, look like the ones from a rundown 1970,s comprehensive school, not sure why, but people who use them are lacking in basic toilet etiquette, broken seats etc 9pictures available). The charming communal kitchens are basic and tired looking, dirty fridges, whilst long forgotten milk turns into yogurt, odours of pungent garlic drifting out and reeking in the corridors. The main reception door/unlocked often open, to the elements, 24 hrs including weekends - opens onto enticing piles of parcels and letters left un-attended on desk and floors, at all times of night/day (reception not manned, anymore - pictures available). The general public are free to saunter in at anytime - for example: two random children kept running about for hours, knocking on all the doors in the building. Coupled with the unique feature: the deafening fire alarm, which regularly goes of at random times, no one there to execute fire drills? or even switch it off. The heavily advertised sophisticated co-workers space is actually in the reception area, where random folks jockey for space, loudly conducting interviews, not very professional, the resulting atmosphere, is somewhat like a underwhelming overworked, motorway service station - walking through it, you get quizzical looks and queries for the location of the toilet (they think you are BizsSpace staff) so is co-working space = code for a pretend office - a laudable practice that has unfortunately increased, since I have been there. I was shocked at rent increase as the premises are becoming increasingly weary, worn and shabby - I have seen no updates that can possibly justify such an increase!

Four years of loyalty, punished over a 7-day notice slip, avoid at all costs!

We’ve been tenants here for nearly four years, always on one-year contracts renewed annually. From the outset we were crystal clear that we wanted a one-year term, renewed each year, nothing more. Because of overlapping annual leave on both sides, our notice went in one week late. Despite our long, reliable tenancy, management refused any flexibility and insisted on auto-renewing us for a further full year. In my view, this is a punitive, gotcha approach to renewals, not a partnership. It felt like being held to ransom over seven days, which is not what I expect from a premium serviced office provider. We tried to reach a reasonable compromise; they wouldn’t budge. The experience is matched by the facilities also The toilets were often in poor condition, and the cafeteria is basic, not exactly high-end cappuccinos or the kind of coffee/barista setup you’d expect at the prices charged. As a seasoned entrepreneur, I’m dismayed by how this was handled. If you value fair dealing and professionalism, look elsewhere. Entrepreneurs beware.

BIZSPACE Swindon. - I attended this site for a child's birthday party, at the Party Warehouse Swindon who were absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately on collection of my daughter she tripped in the carpark on abit of unlevel ground. While administering first aid and patching up her knee we ended up over staying in the carpark by 4 minutes. We have now received a fine for £140! I understand kids trip and fall, but to receive a fine for our troubles is not ok! Puts me off using the businesses on this site!

I booked a meeting room and everything in the venue was super, they both had so much patience for all my questions and were a great laugh! I’ve just moved into Bss house (biz space) opening a takeaway and the service from the team, kirsty Sue and Andy has been great, my unit was clean and ready to move in and for me to tweak here and there, the rent is very reasonable and highly recommended any new or already business people to go take a look at spaces available, I’ve been given a very warm welcome from day 1 so five stars from me 😊
