Bizspace Letchworth

My experience at Bizspace Letchworth has been purely positive. I have always found the team here friendly, approachable and professional. The shared facilities are kept clean with daily cleaners and help is at hand should it be needed. The meeting rooms are well presented and are ideal for hosting. The 24 hour access has been a godsend recently with early and late working possible. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Bizspace to other businesses.

Excellent Office Accommodation - Very Professional Service

This was literally a last-minute booking - we set up and were working in the rented space within an hour of telephoning to enquire about availability. The room was comfortable, clean, well equipped and perfect for our requirements. Roisin Hamill - Business Centre Manager of BizSpace Ashford - was tremendously helpful and professional, and ensured that received the very best service. We were very impressed by the high quality of accommodation and service, and will definitely add BizSpace Ashford to our list of 'go to' providers.

Terrible company DO NOT LEASE FROM THEM

Terrible company. DO NOT LEASE FROM THEM.They leased the space out specifically for food production, so of course when I start finding mould EVERYWHERE which had clearly just been painted over before I moved in, so I complained and asked them to fix it. They did absolutely NOTHING. I had to stop food production which caused financial difficulties within my company and they still did NOTHING so I refused to pay rent until the problem was fixed but they still did NOTHING. This had gone on for about 4 months. I then handed in an immediate notice of termination of the contract which they accepted. But of course they then expected me to pay all rent and some ridiculous charges which weren’t even in the contract. Overpriced and terrible condition of all units. Everyone I know that leased from them had issues. Leaks in the roof, mould etc.

Bizspace Hooton (RSTEPOS)

We looked at many offices to rent for our Cheshire office when we came across Bizspace in Hooton. We had a lovely warm welcome from Vicki when we went to view the site and decide it suited all our requirements. We moved in August 2021 and we are happy here. Vicki helped us to settle in quickly and even helped us to source some office furniture as we were previously in a furnished office. We would definitely recommend this site if you are looking for premises for your business.Retail Systems Technology

Brilliant - Bizspace Fareham

Really lovely, well looked after building in a fantastic location. Louisa is absolutely amazing & SOOO helpful and friendly at all times! A really nice common area to sit and chill / have lunch - there are also food & coffee vans that come twice a day! Would definitely recommend Bizspace!! Plus it is dog friendly which just adds to all the positives. :)

BIZSPACE TYSELEY just taken on a unit in Bizspace Tyseley dealt with Kevin and he was really helpful. the procedure is simple and they have all different units. The site seems its managed well which was what i was looking for. if you have any issues you can always speak to management (Kevin) who is very helpful and get things sorted. wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Awful company to have any dealing with

Awful company to have any dealing with, if you are looking for small business premises do yourself a favour and find a decent landlord. The unit was NOT fit for purpose with a badly leaking roof, walls that leaked depending which way the wind blew. They did finally replace the roof after 9 months of complaints videos, emails and the local rep inside the unit while raining, stock damaged, gave them a bill for damaged stock got ignored. Tided into a lease which they would not allow to leave until it ended. Informed 2 weeks to get deposit returned took 8 weeks after a number of emails and telephone calls, then deducted £150 for 3 months of post redirect ?????. NOT RECOMMANDED

Unfair treatment of a loyal customer

Having been a loyal customer for 12 years our recent departure from Bizspace Chorley has left a rather sour taste in our mouths!! We had to fight to get our deposit back well over three months, we eventually get it back minus £108 this was for 3 months mail re direction funny tho as considering we left end of January we have had no mail re directed we have asked for this money to be returned to us but we haven't even had the courtesy of a reply!! We left the unit in an impeccable condition much better than how we received it, we even painted the floor to Bizspace preference! I just think in these uncertain COVID times treating small businesses like this is appalling you should have to fight for what's actually yours and you shouldn't be getting charged for services you haven't been provided!!! Beware of Bizspace !!!

I have recently left as a customer at bizspace arnold, I haven't got my deposit back as of writing, my calls and emails have all gone ignored and have been attempted to be placated with an excuse about an electrical issue. I'm disgusted to hear that the man who does maintenance (who I've found very helpful in my time there) is being made redundant to be replaced by another customer of the place. Said person and the manager have acted in a manner that can only be described as unprofessional amongst things having been seen by customers staying late on site drinking! I will be emailing head office yet again tomorrow regarding my deposit and hope the other issues are addressed too!

Cheap but at a cost

I have rented an office unit from BizSpace for a few years now, all they seem to be interested in is getting your money, other customer service is very lacking.The units are in a poor state of repair, and it takes something going seriously wrong before they do anything.e.g. The window on my office is a wooden frame double glazed unit, which had never been painted while I have been renting it. It eventally rotted and fell out! they replaced with another wooden frame window, and that too has not been painted in 2 years.We have had damp in the toilets for years, and it's been reported a number of times, they just paint over it.Taps are contiunously dripping, the lights are buzzing loudly, etc.And in the last couple of days, I've just found out they have listed the site for sale, and on most selling sites this is listed as "land for sale", even the local council has suggested it should be demolished - BizSpace have not informed us.

Dorking BizSpace

We have had offices at BizSpace in Dorking for a number of years. It is a great place to work with excellent facilities, including communal meeting space, boardrooms, parking and a lovely garden.However, the centre's greatest asset is the excellent team that keep the place running smoothly and create a great atmosphere including; Lesley the centre manager, Vicky on reception, Arnold looking after the building and keeping us all fed and watered, the always excellent on-site café, Kamila's Kitchen.5 stars!

The Atrium Dorking

We have been at these offices for a number of years and BizSpace has recently taken over the building. I had some reservations at first, but they have already started to invest in the building and have maintained the high standard which we expect from such a facility. The staff are very friendly and helpful, there is also a lovely garden to work/relax when warm enough and an excellent café with a good selection of food including a daily home cooked special.

The Christchurch Bizspace is genuinely a pleasure to work in. The building in overall is very modern and the building comes with great facilities such as a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and kettle, what more could you want!Theres a lounge area with where you can have your lunch or work. We have been in Biz Space Bristol for the past 6yrs and can’t fault Caron our office manager nothing is ever to much trouble. It’s a great place to have an office location wise, brilliant transport links and plenty of places to eat for our staff and visitors.
