Having been on Fieldhouse site for last…

Having been on Fieldhouse site for last four years and three. Different units . I have to hand it to the excellent staff employed by biz space the site has improved massively both in management capacity and appearance . The security is on the ball their vigilance and maner of dealing with callers in my opinion is excellent . , I come and go at all hours and never have any issues gaining access . Site manager has developed a good working relationship with my self along with his maintenance colleague they certainly ensure a friendly atmosphere is engendered through client and management relationship . The cctv system is discreet but exceedingly effective. All in all I would not like to try to find s site in ROCHDALE that could come close to matching Fieldhouse biz space Well done and keep up the great standard . Best wishes for next year. Fieldhouse Rochdale

I’m amazed there has been any criticism of the security of Fieldhouse. I do wish it was in force during the day as it once was, but daytime cover has gone with Bizspace head office cutting costs. We have been on the site for more than 12 years now and have never had our unit or vehicles broken into or vandalised. That I believe is due to the onsight security team. Without it I believe the ‘travellers’ in the area would have blighted the estate which is sited alongside one of the biggest council estates in Rochdale. I think amid the cost cutting the security team and site manager, Chris, do a good job.

Bizspace rochdale (fieldhouse)

Bizspace rochdale (fieldhouse) is a very poorly run part of the operation. Little or no maintenance done on the site. We have recently had our doors and shutters painted, yet the windows at the back of the units are falling out and the wood rotting away. If you complain nothing gets done, if you complain to the regional manager nothing gets done. If you contact head office in London, you are redirected to regional office. My latest rent increase has been set at 43% increase. The justification is 'because we can'. We were originally told there was 24 hour security 'on site'. Now the security is evening only with daytime carried out by the site handy man. Units broken into in daytime, items stolen from site in daytime. Security sit behind a window with a blind down. Ashford Bizspace

The new Bizspace Ashford is a great and vibrant environment to be in. My company recently moved into this space and the centre manager Roisin could not of been more helpful and goes above and beyond! Would definitely recommend this building for office space not just for location but the community environment the building brings!

New Office Upgrade...

Having only been in the Bizspace office in Felling for 2 months we are so impressed by the cost, staff and overall state of the offices that we have opted to upgrade in order to grow our business. Dealing with the Design Works manager (Sam Kane), we have secured a larger office space exactly when we needed it, enabling us to scale effectively after initially moving into a smaller office.Would highly recommend Bizspace to any company of any size.

Bizspace containers beware.

Bizspace containers beware.These containers do not live up to their claims .The two I was using .have when the temperature dropped to 0.have condensation dripping all over my goods .causing loss and a personal injury, whilst removing my goods .witnessed by the site managers at Rochdale .I asked for claim forms and a copy of accident report.commercial director mr diwagi referred me to look at paragraph 16 of the license agreement .which basically absolves bizspace of any liability re injury loss or damage .make of the review what you will I'm just reporting the bussines ethics of bizspace .keep safe

Great Office Space

We moved in to BizSpace London Colney in December 2019.Loved the fact we could make it our own in terms of refurbishing and internal works and the Site Manager was very accommodating at the time and they still are.The building is well-maintained and is welcoming for visitors.Great access to the M25, A1 and M1 and love the local shops nearby.

Very poor service from BizSpace

BizSpace took over the building where I had rented office space for many years. I coincidentally had already given my notice before BizSpace officially took over. However, they aggressively pursued rent from me, and threatened me with eviction (even though the office was already empty) and "further legal action". This was all based on an invoice that was issued less than 30 days previously. I found their takeover of the building lacked transparency. Nobody from BizSpace made an effort to contact me to discuss the issue. I'm glad I moved out before I had to deal with them further. Additionally, they've acknowledged they owe me my deposit back. After a year of chasing I've now given up on getting that back. I wouldn't recommend using BizSpace. For the short time I dealt with them, they caused a lot of stress and inconvenience.

Bizspace Letchworth

I came to Bizspace Letchworth. for an individual workspace for a day. Rental rates are excellent value, clean well decorated and comfortable space with a good Wi-Fi connection and a really friendly welcome. I would definitely recommend them. The only thing that would have helped more would have been an online booking service, but it did not turn out to be an issue as there was space available.

Superb Customer Service, Impressive Meeting Rooms

I booked a classroom at BizSpace for a client meeting and was super impressed with how well everything was organized. It was a synch to book and the lovely Administrator Lorraine took her time to show me around and answered all my questions. She was friendly, helpful and made the whole process seamless. The classroom was perfect and had everything I needed to conduct a successful meeting. I will definitely be booking more meeting rooms at BizSpace again - well worth it!

AVOID at all costs

Wow, definitely avoid Bizspace! The staff are so rude and will happily rip you off to generate a sale. We tested out their sales techniques...they tried charging me £500+Vat per month for an office but offered the same office to my friend for £350. It's madness. Even if you commit to an office they will sell it to someone else if they get a better offer. Bizspace have no passion to help their clients and certainly no loyalty....all they care about is revenue.

Manchester Old Trafford - Looking good so far.

So far, so good. I moved in just before Christmas, so it's been a rush to get everything in place. Up to now, it's been a great experience. The facilities are good, the price is right, the people have been friendly.Fingers crossed that 2022 will be a good one.I've just given 4 stars, but that's because it's such a short time. Design Works

I moved into an office at Design Works in Gateshead a couple of months ago and I'm very happy with the decision. I chose this location for my office because it's good value and well connected by road and metro to Newcastle, Gateshead and Sunderland.I've found the staff here to be really helpful. The building manager (Sam Kane) has been on hand to help me get set up in the building and introduce me to some of the other occupiers. The on site facilities are good including the flexible atrium space, meeting rooms, cafe, staffed reception and the offices themselves. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bizspace and the Design Works location to other business owners.

We have recently moved into our unit at Bizspace Nelson from Blackburn and have to say the transition has been very smooth, with competent staff. We had been looking to move for a while and the staff were more than happy to help and showed us a few different options that were available to us at different locations and made the viewing appointments to suit us. We settled on one they had picked out here at Nelson to suit our businesses needs and we couldn't be happier. We were made to feel very welcome at the new place and all staff have been brilliant, even going out of their way to help us out with things where they didn't have to. We would highly recommend Bizspace to anybody, especially here at Nelson.

Bizspace have been great at helping me …

Bizspace have been great at helping me arrange training spaces for a range of dates across different locations of the UK. It was very easy to state my criteria and await their recommendations. Every location was within budget with lots of handy perks like on-site free parking, and free tea’s and coffee all day. The sites I have used have all be very clean, had lots of space for presenting, and reception staff on hand to accommodate my guests when they arrived.

BE AWARE OF BIZSPACE THE CROOKS!!!!

Anyone considering renting space off Bizspace should be aware of their ONEROUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT only come to light whe The experience with them has left a really nasty taste!Electric:Please be aware that we were not allowed our own meter, which didn't seem a problem at the time, How wrong we were. Bizspace charged double the going rate per unit, Our electricity bill per month was £700 when it should of been £350.DEPOSIT: When moving into our warehouse we were stupid enough not to find any fault. However on leaving, Bizspace have found a multitude of problems majority of which were there when we moved in .Apart from having to pay for roller shutter inspections, electric testing , it became very apparent that the name of their game was to give as little or nothing of the £2500 deposit back to us,We were not allowed to get our own quotes for any of the works .Suprise surprise our £2500 deposit has now been eaten up as the cost of the works are now up £1900 plus VAT BUT THATS NOT ALL, this morning I was informed by the manager at Leeds (Who does not return phone calls)informed us that there will be a 20% management charge for coordinating the works. I have calculated that with the VAT I will now owe them £273 and no deposit back. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE CROOKS!.

We have been a member of Bizspace, Gateshead for just under a year now and we have loved every moment of being here! The recent refurbishment of the Main Building and surrounding areas has convinced us that this is the best place to base our business. We have a unit at biz space gateshead and I have to say we are really happy with the unit, the service and the flexibility we receive there - the management and reception cannot help us enough when we need something - the 24hour access is great for our business as we need that flexibility and the fact that there is a manned reception extends our professionalism of the business to clients. The space we have is very reasonably priced- I would definitely recommend anyone starting out to look to biz space!

Design Works, Gateshead

We've been tenants at Design Works for nearly 10 years. The site offers good quality accommodation that meets our needs. It's great value for money, convenient for public transport, with free parking, an indoor cycle shed and shower facilities for cyclists, and 24 hour secure access. The staff on site are really friendly and welcoming, and work hard to respond to the individual needs of clients. Since the building was bought by BizSpace last year the public areas have been completely refurbished to a high standard, which makes it an even better place to be. The new flexible meeting spaces are great and we can now feel proud to welcome visitors to the building.

Design Works, Gateshead,Bizspace took over ownership and management of these premises earlier this year - there have been some physical upgrades to the building which look excellent!More importantly, the general running has improved too. Bizspace have definitely made this a tighter run ship. I look forward to seeing even more improvements over the next few months! A great place to do business, with potential clients on site, great facilities and smart meeting rooms. The rates are great too - I'd recommend this place to any business.

Right where do I start ......,I have had a unit here for the last fifteen years, so believe me I have seen faces and companies come and goBut recently biz space has taken over the building and made its mark straight awayThe building and the way it's run has now been stepped up to a much higher level, which as a tenant i can only benift from.My companies hours are flexible so the 24 hour access to the place is excellent The reception staff sort all our mail and deliveries and are super helpful with all our business needsThe building has just benifitted from a total facelift, which makes me so proud to bring my clients It starts from the outside presentation of the building to the interior It even boasts a bistro cafe inside which can cater for business meetingsThe rates for the unit we rent is very competitive compared to what is around of this high standard in the area so we are definitely staying put, hopefully for the long haul.So that's the facilities explained, the only thing left to say is that no matter what size your company is ( sole trader or multiple staff )Biz space in Gateshead will cater for your needs with the space you require and the costsInsigniaDesign works Gateshead

I have worked for a company located within design works on William street, felling for a year and the staff who work within the building are very helpful for any requests or questions you may have. Sam and Gillian are always on hand if you require anything and the new refurbishment has made the building look amazing. The facilities are really good especially the cafe in the other building which provide a variety of food cooked to order 😊 lovely place to work.
