GoogleTo all tanants, landlord, Beware this estate agents this estate agent it is liar，criminal ，especially peter We just received a final decision from DPS dispute .They want claim my deposit 2050 (black heart estate agent ) pounds (total amout 2884) Fortunately ，they only got 815 pounds because we are not prefessional cleaner and have some chair and sofa we not able to remove and forgot change 3 bulb charge us 65 pounds . peter said Damaged flooring - damaged window - damaged walls throughout . guys please look photo 1 from DPS they won't get any money on these he was liar. About multiple house holds living at the property. we agree before we move in .we told we have two family move in to 61 southview drive E18 1NR .the landlord charge us extra 200 pounds every month for these and charge extra fee .advertise price was 2300 pounds . you allowed us to do that .the landlord didn't have a HMO licence .the landlord and peter break the law. on the second year renew the contract. the law not allowing agent charge the fee but they did charge . these agents it is criminal .we just moved in the property few month someone came to our house stolen our safe box we lost a lot of vaule items i told estate agent they don't care . and only estate agent got keys .police crime reference number is 4402536/19. during covid-19 lock down . I told peter i am going to move .i gave him an appointment date to let new tenants to view the property . he begging me so many times .the peter came on that day said I have never got a tenants like me keep the house nice clean and tidy. i think he was a Multiple personality person and Cunning man。NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Dear Tenant 2 same property - I am sorry you feel like this - Unfortunately our management property was left in an extreme unacceptable condition - very poor cleanliness - Damaged flooring - damaged window - damaged walls throughout - personal items/ children's toys left behind all over the property and a full driveway of mixed rubbish including rotten food waste left there for over a week after the vacation date - continuous complaints from the neighbors during and after the tenancy - all the above has been documented on the checkout inventory and in email with regard to complaints - We also believe the were multiple house holds living at the property who were not named on the tenancy without permission causing overcrowding and severe wear and tear on the property - Please feel free to contact Birchills Estate Agents to agree a solution - Thank you Peter - Director

He was the first of any the agents to truly listen to us. But beyond being very professional we found him to be personable and extremely responsive. He sold our house in a few days, and we had moved within seven weeks of putting our house on the market with Adam. GoogleWe rented a property through Birchills for a year and a half. Our contact was Alina, who was lovely - very professional, kind and always quick to respond. We really appreciated her and liked having her as our point of contact. The agency itself was not always a pleasure to interact with - the start of the tenancy was rocky due to some miscommunication and the landlords getting a bit hostile. However this has smoothed over quite quickly and comms, repairs and issues were managed efficiently. We will miss Alina <3

GoogleFRAUDULENT ACTIVE!!!! THIS AGENCY FORCED US TO CONTACT SOLICITORS AND CITIZENS ADVICE. THEY FAILED TO LOOL AT OUT DOCUMENTATION AND BLAMED US THAT THE CHECKS FAILED. THEY THEN REFUSED TO REGUND OUR DEPOSIT. I THEN TOLD THEM ABOUT MY SOLICITORS BUT THEY ONLY GAVE HALF MY DEPOSIT BACK. DO NOT TRUST!!!!
We are saddened you feel this way - Lettings Hub failed you - we believe due to you not being able to prove your income that you confirmed had prior to you submitting your referencing - Birchills were very clear with you from the start in regard to you giving inaccurate information
