I had a fantastic experience with this estate agent. Tasha was incredibly professional and approachable, and no question was ever too big or small. As this was my first apartment, she went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Communication was clear and consistent throughout, which gave me real peace of mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent.

Tricked into giving five stars. Turned up to viewing, about 10 other people in a cramped flat viewing. Estate agent just waited outside so couldn’t discuss the flat whiles in there. Then was told to scan a QR code which just came up w some stars that where not evident where google review stars, and was told if you are interested put five stars. Idk man, a little sneaky and the viewing was probably the worst I’ve been to in a while. So just returning the balance by putting the star rating that best shows the experience overall. Wouldn’t wanna go into business with a company that uses tactics like that. 🫡

It was great to come across Birchills. I have encountered my agent Dayana from great recommendations and word of mouth. My expectations were exceeded" From the initial communication until the buying of our first home, I have never felt so supported and understood. With other competitors we felt like we were asking for too much, but Dayana made us feel very comfortable. She looked after all the paperwork, helped us find a suitable home without a hassle. Thank you once again, Dayana, you are a star!

The staff at Birchills are second to none. They fully supported my husband and I throughout the entire procedure. From viewing the property to urging our near incompetent solicitor to further our case. We bought our first property thanks to help of the Birchills team, especially Adam (who has unfortunately left now, wish him all the best!) and Saif. The entire process was smooth from Birchills side, if only our solicitor was as motivated and competent as you guys! I would highly recommend Birchills Leytonstone to anyone that would like to purchase a property or even sell one! Thank you to the entire team, we finally have our home! 😊PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Alice was very helpful and punctual. She managed to squeeze us into a second house just round the corner as well, which was really useful for comparisons!

Even though - in the end - we backed out of the property purchase for reasons related to the seller, Alina and the Birchills team were extremely helpful and professional the whole way through the process. Alina went above and beyond with working to get the purchase through, taking action (that should have been the responsibility of the seller...!) but all done with a smile. Incredibly hard working and friendly - would recommend working with Alina.

Once I had seen the property and decided to make an offer to rent it, I found the process mostly helpful, though I struggled a bit with having to do everything online. But with help from my children I managed to negotiate any obstacles. The estate agents were helpful and we conducted our discussions in WhatsApp, which made things easier. Alina was courteous and helpful. It was altogether a fairly quick and comfortable process.

I have used Birchills for a property let recently for the 1st time . They have been very diligent at dealing with this rental . And accommodating with my requests. You can be really honest and frank with them as to the type of tenant you are needing to accommodate your needs which is great. I have dealt with all three members of staff and they are all very helpful and eager to get on with job. Peter Lawrence (director) is pleasantly very straight forward to deal with and clearly understands the market and an excellent judge of tenant character . EXCATLY what is needed. Adam is very eager to get on with the job which has its obvious benefits. And Saif is very polite and very pleasant & non pushy to deal with. The drop box facility to view all the references etc was very well organised . and their docu-sign service worked very well and efficiently, I was able to complete it very quickly the day the tenant moved in . Also- I must say I was surprised re the AST contract, very well written . obviously years of experience addressed in the clauses. Altogether a very good experience and I would definitely use them again Thank you Birchills!PositiveResponsiveness
