GoogleThe manager of this shop, Peter Lawrence is one of the rudest men I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I'd arranged for him to value my property. After a brief phone conversation an hour before the valuation he called me back a few minutes later and told me he'd googled my property and gave an estimate of what HE thought it was worth and said he wouldn't be coming out. I had taken the morning off work for the valuation. When I told him this he wasn't at all bothered and hung up on me. I would never use this estate agent.

GoogleAVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hi all, Avoid this agency!!! We stayed at this current property for almost 3 years. We gave them the 1 month notice. And now they do not want to give as back the full deposit , they found 1000 of excuses not to pay the deposit back. They found some "cat hair" on the curtains and they accused us of having a pet even of we never had one. They even went to the neighbours to ask about the pet. Never seen something like that. AVOID,AVOID,AVOID!!!!!!!!
