During the move-in guidance, he gave me detailed instructions on how to use the equipment, as well as important points regarding maintenance and cleaning, which was extremely helpful.

Since I’ve moved into my apartment ten years ago, I’ve had an array of different managing agents, that weren’t that efficient. However, when Denisa Markusekova became the managing agent for my property, things changed completely. She is so efficient, and is always on standby to solve any problems with the property. She puts her utmost effort into ensuring that both the tenants and landlords are looked after completely. I have always had full faith in her work. She has sorted so many problems in my flat, from plumbing issues, to furniture replacements, etc, in the most timely manner. I have never had to worry at all. GoogleThe professional team and service, as an overseas landlord, I really trust them to take care of my flat. Regular reviews by taking photos is a great way to let me know the flat’s condition. In addition, B&R's ability to select tenants is excellent, and the background dd of tenants saves the landlord trouble. If I had a friend who wanted to rent a house or flat, I would recommend this team to him/her.

I have had great experiences with Benham & Reeves ever since year 2018. The process was smooth and clearly explained from the first viewing to signing the tenancy agreement. The staff are professional, responsive, and always willing to help with any queries. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently, and communication throughout the tenancy is excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the area.

Rented a flat with them. It took Benham and Reeves more than 2 months to reimburse my deposit after many emails. The accounting department made a lot of mistakes and information communicated to me was erroneous (miscommunication as they would call it) which eventually cost me half a month rent. Would not trust them for any transaction

GoogleEven though I was overseas, I felt very reassured that they were able to guide me in Japanese. The situation is different in many ways from Japan, so there are things I need to be careful about, but they explained everything carefully and made it very easy to understand. I would definitely rely on them again if something happens in the future.

We had a disappointing experience regarding our deposit return. It took two months of constant emails to B&R to reach a settlement (over nothing special, less than 20% of the deposit was in question). During this time B&R provided no transparency over significant delays (in spite of repeated requests), and there was no explanation for days passing without any answer to our emails.Once we did reach a settlement, we did not get our money back even after 3 weeks, as apparently no paperwork was submitted regarding this. We finally received our deposit (after 3 months from check-out) with the help of the Dispute Service, which simply enacted the already-signed agreement.

I can also see that we were not the letting agents for this tenancy therefore we didnt hold your deposit. GoogleBenham & Reeves is highly recommended! He taught me a wealth of knowledge about the unfamiliar life in London, including the differences in facilities compared to Japan, how to choose cleaning supplies, how to keep a room clean, and how to avoid traveling. When moving out of the room, they try to keep the costs as low as possible, and they are considerate in a way that is typical of Japanese people. They seem to be able to respond quickly when I have a problem, and they can help me in Japanese, which is very reassuring.

1.wanted to take a commission for renewing the lease.2. The pipe has been leaking since December 11th. No one has fixed it yet.3.Moved out from that apartment four months ago, but our deposit has not yet been returned. Now they are trying to write off more money for poor cleaning, although we paid for professional one.4. The agency made appointments to view that apartment while we lived there: several viewings during the day. Showed that flat for two weeks until the agency found clients to rent it.
