Benhams manage the letting of my 2 flats and have recently found new tenants for both flats. Amelia Wright & Samuel Collins were both very helpful and the lettings went smoothly apart from a slight glitch where last minute, it was discovered a piece of furniture was missing from one of the flats. Claire Greenwood very smoothly sorted this out and made sure the furniture was in place in time for the new tenants. Amelia Wright helped me to find tenants for my property. The listing was uploaded with photos and a video very quickly. The property was overpriced initially and issues with the market meant it was empty for 3 months which wasn't ideal. The Property Manager Kaitlyn is very responsive and helpful. I would recommend B&R as their fees are reasonable and they are a well-known company. Sometimes they aren't in the office, but they do respond by telephone, WhatsApp and email in good time.

GoogleI received excellent service from Benham & Reeves' Japan Desk when I moved due to the expiration of my rental agreement. Despite my strict budget and location requirements, they promptly provided proposals that met my needs. Their service is incredibly high-quality compared to other Japanese real estate agencies. The process from contract signing to move-in was smooth and stress-free. The inventory check-in (tenant guidance) was also very helpful; I was able to quickly understand the property's facilities and systems, allowing me to settle in comfortably immediately.
Benham & Reeves' Japan Desk is undoubtedly one of the few real estate agencies that provides the quality and peace of mind that Japanese people living in London demand. Japanese expatriates in London should definitely consider them. I express my deepest gratitude to Ms. Kosaka, Ms. Maemura, and Ms. Suzuka for their assistance.
Thank you for your support with my relocation after my rental contract ended. Despite my tight budget and strict location requirements, the Japan Desk at Benham & Reeves responded quickly and provided suitable options. The quality of their service is far higher than other Japanese-focused agents.

The staff were helpful, however, one of them was very mean with me and my husband while speaking on the phone. I sent them my tenancy agreement which was just a piece of paper because I used to live in a single room. And she started saying that the tenancy agreement that I sent very “strange”, I was trying to explain but she kept saying same thing with same manner. Also she did the same with my husband.
