Attentive and Effective

My property manager Vanessa (Battersea) has been very attentive, quick to respond to queries and take action on my behalf. There have been a couple of occasions over the last couple of years where things have not moved as quickly as my tenants or I would have liked, but since Vanessa took over it has been smooth. I would also add that some of the fees are a little steep, but I understand that this is the business model.

Excellent experience with Leusa

Leusa helped me find and move into my flat over the past 3 months. She has been the most lovely and caring agent I have worked with. It wasn’t a straightforward process as there was “competition” for the property I wanted to rent, but she communicated very well, during the offer process, and thereafter. Always available, answering questions fast, iterating with the landlord on my questions, but above all, I really felt she was transparent with me throughout the process and never tried to push me in any unreasonable way. Shady people -- will not miss any opportunity to fleece tenants

1. They took more than a month to return my deposit from the time when the checkout inventory report was generated. During that one month, each time, I had to initiate the conversation and they would send me a meaningless response -- "the landlord hasn't responded yet".2. After 1 month of the report generation, the agents said that the landlord proposed £100 charge for an item that costs £12 on Amazon citing that it had "sentimental" value. Luckily, the end of tenancy cleaners, who broke the item agreed to replace but even they were shocked to hear the £100 quote.In the end, the cleaners confronted their BS and it was all sorted.
