I have had the best experience working with Melissa D’Angelo at Chesterton. We have worked with her several times, and on every occasion she has been extremely prompt, responsive, and reliable. Melissa is always quick to answer questions, and when an issue came up during our most recent experience, there was nothing I felt I could not ask. She immediately mobilised everyone who needed to be involved and took full ownership of getting things resolved. There were no excuses, just clear action and follow through. What I appreciate most is that when we had some concerns. She takes the time to understand exactly what happened and deals with it promptly and professionally. She is also an absolute delight to work with throughout the process. Thanks to her support, our client was very happy, and we are repeat clients as a result. I would always go to Melissa specifically whenever possible and highly recommend working with her.

Abbie and her team were superb!

Abbie and her team (Parsons Green, Lettings) were superb! We were a little apprehensive about putting our property up for short let -- but they made the process really easy -- offering great advice and support. Once we decided to go ahead, the photographer was there the next day and everything was so easy. Getting to meet the whole team was also a nice bonus -- we felt in good hands. Jan Kolasa of their St John’s Wood Office and Ciprian from Clifton Road have been truly exceptional … nothing has been too much trouble ; they have been diligent , most polite and thoroughly efficient at all times. They are amazing assets to Chesterton. I recently used Nick Socratous at the Tower Bridge branch to attempt to purchase a property in Scott Sufferance Wharf. The sale fell through but not for the want of effort on Nick's behalf.
