Completely dishonest and unprofessional! arranged a viewing with Tringa Shala for a flat in Camden. I took time off work to travel across London and when I got there no-one was there. I rang and was told Tringa wasn't working that day and didn't even mention my viewing to anyone! Guy said he'd try and find out what happened and ring me back, obviously he didn't ring back. These people are a waste of space, just want your money no customer care or professionalism whatsoever.

After looking into the matter further with the branch manager, it appears that Tringa was off ill that day and couldn’t make the viewing. Unfortunately the manager cannot see any record of you calling into the office that day for them to investigate and we can see Tringa tried to contact you a number of times after but there was no answer. Please accept our apologies.
