Utterly incompetent. Cash buyer for a flat and they will not respond to repeated viewing requests. Fulham branch I would avoid like the plague. If I was the seller I would replace them immediately

The service from their Parsons Green office has been short of any level of professionalism. We made an offer on a flat, and then unknowingly found out that our notice period was 2 months. I wrote to our agent to inform him that I would need to change the move in date, but had no response for several days, and now left in limbo. It seems they are only interested in getting you to sign-up but offer no actual customer service. From reading the other reviews - this is absolutely nothing, but I had a feeling they were poor, only now to write my first ever review on trust pilot. I've used many agencies over the years, but this falls below the standards that I expect.

GoogleI've been using Behr & Butchoff for both handling rentals of my property and purchase of property. Nina at Lettings & Pierce at Sales are both very professional in their approach & offer a fantastic standard of service taking personal pride & responsibility in fulfilling their clients needs, as does Laine in their Property Management division. Hats off to this estate agents. They make such a refreshing change from the more anonymous large scale multiple chain agencies that they compete with. I would not hesitate to recommend Behr & Butchoff at all.

Met this gentleman on Friday Sefik Ascieli from Harbour exchange office, he finally arrived 15mins late, no contact nothing to warn me, was looking at a place for 3,750 per month needed work so he was going to call the landlord and call me at 3pm, no call so I chased the following day, no response chased again today nothing, it should not be this hard to spend in excess of 45k per year. Rude, hopeless, waste of my time they deserve their reputation
