Very poor experience. Bradley Jenkins, the agent, is solely concerned with signing the deal but not interested in assisting in any way after the move in. The day we moved in, the property had not been cleaned, the furniture we agreed to was not all there, and to top it off, there was no hot water. When I called Bradley to ask for assistance he basically said it wasn't his problem any more.

Extremely unprofessional!! The agent in charge of the flat we are renting lied to us about construction going on in the building. She said the scaffolding would be taken off soon but instead upon moving in we found out the reconstruction was only starting and that it would take the entire year. As soon as I tried to call the real estate agent about this, they would not pick up the phone or reply to emails. Do not waste your time!

Awful agency with zero regard for tenants privacy, rights, or common courtesy. Extremely negative experience with them. Avoid at all costs. I would never consider them to purchase a house after their complete disregard for customer service to tenants.

Very bad experience with this agency. They promise the moon, but once you've signed with them is it the complete opposite, and they'll simply ignore you when you need them.
