Outstanding service. We received a fair, transparent and supportive treatment, making our moving into a new neighbourhoood much smoother. We rented a property with Behr & Butchoff and were assisted by Nina. Not only did she help us find a home that fit our needs and at a fair price, she was always available to support us with any issues we had throughout our one-year stay (especially so during the COVID period). We had the pleasure of working with Andrew Zographos at the St. John’s Wood location. In our experience since moving to London from the US we haven’t come across a more professional, honest, and transparent agent like Andrew. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. I must also mention that we never once felt “pushed” or “pressured” in any way on any of the properties he showed us (refreshingly opposite of other agencies). He just gave us the facts and guided us appropriately and professionally and then let us decide calmly. dont expect more than a GSCE level person

You can't expect much from any real estate agent. Chesterton (Colette) is particularly dumb. After having been in our flat for over 2 years, we got an email saying your rent is over due. It's due on the 12th and we've not received it. I then screenshot every standing order payment that's been sent and note that anytime the 12th is on the weekend, the payment is received the first business day afterwards (fairly standard). And only now, when we also gave notice that we were leaving, did they suddenly cause a fuss. If you can avoid, but honestly they're all terrible.

The most unprofessional agency I have ever worked with... We made an offer on the flat that landlord accepted. They sent us application form and we needed to pay 1 week deposit. One hour after sending the application, agent called me and told that there was another last minute offer and that they have sent it to the landlord. Agent asked me to improve the offer, I did not agree to that. 3 minutes later agent called me back and told me that if we pay the deposit NOW, the latter offer will not be considered and we will get the flat. We paid the deposit straight away, everything was agreed. One hour later, agent called us and told that the flat was given to other people! Waste of time and energy with them. Very unprofessional. They just want to take your money and that’s it.
