Firstly the company; I called in between Christmas and New year when most companies are dead to the world, however Chestersons had someone manning the phones to at least take a message and get it allocated to the right person for their attention as soon as they came back from holiday. Which put us in touch with Delphine who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient in dealing with our rental search. My wife and I were very pleased with everything she did for us.

It has been almost a year, 5+ people told that they removed my email address from their list, but I can see that this was just a lie and they only wait for a few months instead of removing the email address and then send emails again. Don't even give your mail email address, get a temporary one and use that instead
Updated reply: Hi Barış, thank you for confirming your details. After looking into this further, we can see that you have now been added to our exclusion lists and should no longer receive further communications from us. You had previously been linked to a short let in 2023 and were registered as an applicant with us up until 13th April. This is why you would have received some emails last week. Original reply: Hi Baris, we're sorry to hear you are still receiving emails. In order for us to look into this, we have sent you a request via Trustpilot to confirm your email address. As soon as we receive this, we can check our systems to find out why you are still receiving communications from us and remove this where applicable.

GoogleI dealt with Kurt Steinmetz in viewing and making an offer for a flat. In the process, I found Kurt to be an exceptionally patient, kind and understanding agent. He went the extra mile to find the best deal for me. More importantly, this was after the landlord has rejected the initial offer. Kurt did not give up and tried for two weeks.
