Exceptionally communicative, responsive, always on hand with information, knowledgeable and unbelievably patient through hours of phone calls, emails etc even when I wasn't. He was exceptionally skilful at managing relations between the various people involved and I would have honestly been lost without him as a first time buyer. I can't imagine estate agents get better than this, I'm very grateful. My experience with other employees at Beaumont Gibbs was also good.
