I’ve had the pleasure of working with Beaumont Gibbs for about 15 years, through purchasing, management, and sale. Throughout that time, they’ve been consistently outstanding. From the very first meeting, I knew I was in incredibly safe hands. Even before my property officially went on the market, Luke had already arranged viewings and generated interest. Once it went live, it sold within the first week. Throughout the entire process, Luke was exceptional. He kept everyone in the chain fully informed, often ironing out wrinkles before I was even aware they existed. His communication was outstanding, and he guided me through what could have been an incredibly stressful process with calmness, professionalism and genuine care. Having bought and sold four properties in the local area, I’ve experienced transactions that have dragged on for many months. This time, from accepting an offer on my property to moving into my new home took just 12 weeks. While everyone involved played their part, Luke’s proactive approach, constant communication and determination to keep the chain moving were instrumental in making that happen. Buying and selling property is notoriously stressful, but this was, without question, the smoothest experience I’ve had. Of all my transactions, working with Luke and Beaumont Gibbs was by far the best. Honestly had the BEST experience with Beaumont Gibbs, with extra special thanks to Luke who went ABOVE and BEYOND at every opportunity. He went out of his way to fight for us and find a way to get our offer accepted while keeping all parties happy! Answered millions of my panicked questions (some of which not even in his remit) and always took the time to explain things properly and mediate between parties with thoughtfulness and patience. He was a real anchor for us throughout the whole buying process, from mortgage questions, survey concerns, reno plans, and endless viewings, I really don't know how we would have got through it all without him. The team also work incredibly collaboratively, when Luke had days off, Paul and David were always straight on hand and knew exactly where to pick up from so that we didn't face any delays or drops in communication. Luke especially went above and beyond his duties for us. They sold my house and kept me informed every step of the way. You was able to call or emil them anytime and they woukd always reach out to you. In the time of selling my house my darling Henry passed away. (My dog). Luke happened to call me one day and I said my darling dog we had to say goodbye to. Within a couple of hours I had a lovely card and a lovely bunch of flowers. How very kind was that. Beaumont Gibbs are the best estate agents I've ever used! They made a stressful sale (no fault of theirs) so much easier to cope with. The whole team were lovely but Luke was a superstar from start to finish - he was great at his job (selling my flat), but also on hand for advice and support when solicitors, managing agents, freeholders were all making the process seem unnecessarily protracted and complicated. They are friendly and empathetic as well as professional and very good at what they do - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I have used Beaumont Gibbs both for renting out my flat as well as selling it. I cannot recommend them highly enough! They are great communicators and very reliable and efficient. They are always available and readily and quickly answer all my queries. This was particularly important to me as I was overseas during the whole process. I would particularly like to mention Paul Allen who sold the flat. I could not have asked for a better person to be in charge of the sale. Would give more stars if I could. The buying process for our flat was full of complications and lengthy delays, due to conveyancing issues, which caused a great deal of stress. However, Luke Scott at Beaumont was the one constant that kept us going and ultimately made sure the sale was finalised. Luke was exceptional at coordinating all the parties involved, ensuring everything progressed as smoothly and quickly as possible.
