Keira was my property manager she is really helpful and efficiently solves problems. she always puts in extra effort just to make sure that we are okay. I must say she has a beautiful and pleasant personality full of good traits. Luke is very helpful as well they both are very committed and passionate towards their work responsibilities. GoogleWe have used Beaumont Gibbs to sell our property. We were really impressed with pictures and video the team took and how quickly the listing has gone live. Luke Scott has handled our sale and provided us with an excellent service. He was always available, helped us out when needed and answered all of our queries and questions, and there were many! We were a part of a difficult chain and Luke has done his absolutely best to keep the chain alive, he has kept us informed about the progress at all times and thanks to him we were able to sell our property and purchase our next home. They subsequently found us multiple tenants over the years and we have now just sold our property through them. They have always been extremely knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. They are professional throughout and always go the extra mile to make themselves available at any point to address concerns. We would thoroughly recommend using them to either sell your property or find you tenants. They even sold our property prior to it going on the open market. You will find slightly cheaper agents on the high street but quality always pays for itself. Thank you to David, Tony, Luke and all the team.

I cannot praise him enough for the professional and courteous manner he displayed throughout the negotiations.Despite a sudden downturn in the property market he remained constantly upbeat ensuring a steady stream of viewings until the eventual sale was completed. I found him to be honest at the same time ensuring I was constantly updated with the results of viewings. When buyers were found he liaised with both sets of solicitors ensuring tight time frames were accomplished. GoogleI initially dealt with Dave who, after approaching other estate agents, told me ugly truth about the condition of my house and what to realistically expect from a prospective sale. I appreciated Dave's honesty and professionalism and engaged Beaumont Gibbs. I was introduced to plenty of cash buyers and whilst it took some time to secure a buyer, I was supported through the process by Luke. OK, finding buyers is what you expect all estate agents to do but I was grateful to Luke and Dave who provided advice on future renting (even though I wasn't renting from Beaumont Gibbs) and were happy to provide a bit of an ad hoc printing service for me (I have no printer) and even urgently ran some papers to my solicitor. Selling property is stressful process but Beaumont Gibbs made it a simple and straightforward process as it could be. Highly recommended and with reasonable fees I would strongly suggest contacting them as one of your prospective agents.

He has been an absolute legend throughout the entire (painful) process of purchasing a house, always full of long waits for documents and having to nudge people here and there to do their job.
