My sale wasn't straightforward (and doubly difficult during a pandemic!) but they were the consummate professionals, patient, knowledgeable, expert and very kind. They new exactly how to market the flat, encourage viewings and follow up with myself & the buyer - including being the very helpful intermediary between the solicitors. I especially appreciated the very regular contact, check ins and care that they took in managing the sale. Luke Scott is the best estate agent i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I don't expect to be moving again now, but if i did I'd want Luke every time. For this transaction he had to do the work of two other estate agents in the chain, not only following up on my sale, but also the chain below as they had sold via Purple Bricks and had zero sales progression. When things began to fall apart and it seemed like the chain could collapse, Luke pushed hard to get everything over the line, with countless chase emails to solicitors and constant communication with us to let us know the position. He went above and beyond to ensure that the sale went through, chasing non-responsive solicitors from early in the morning before even getting into the office! He is also very knowledgeable about the sales process, and is therefore in a good position to set expectations on timescales, dealing with solicitors and other general moving advice. I'm so grateful that we were able to have him working with us this time, and know that his level of service and professionalism will serve many other vendors well. Thanks very much Luke!

Can't praise Luke enough. The only bright spot in my experience of buying my first property. He went above and beyond, even to the point he personally picked up contracts and delivered them to solicitors to ensure we were able to complete. Having dealt with estate agents in the area from other firms, Beaumont Gibbs are by a long way the best. They provide a personal touch that appears to have been lost with the others which treat you as just a number. I honestly can not rate this company more highly. They were fantastic property managers over many years. When things needed fixing it was organised at a reasonable price. The sale was handled very professionally by Luke. To say he was 'hands on' is an understatement. He handled everything from Ikea deliveries, install of new lights, and new carpet. He recommended solicitors for us and liaised with them when needed. He advised re: fire safety regulations. The company seems very much like a family company where everyone is very invested. Highly recommended.
