GoogleI honestly can not rate this company more highly. They were fantastic property managers over many years. When things needed fixing it was organised at a reasonable price. The sale was handled very professionally by Luke. To say he was 'hands on' is an understatement. He handled everything from Ikea deliveries, install of new lights, and new carpet. He recommended solicitors for us and liaised with them when needed. He advised re: fire safety regulations. The company seems very much like a family company where everyone is very invested. Highly recommended.

Facebook3 years ago we bought our first flat through Beaumont Gibbs. We were first time buyers and a bit clueless and we were led each step of the way by Paul at BG who really did all the leg work to make sure that everything went smoothly between us, the seller and the freeholder.
We knew that when we put that flat back in the market in December 2020 after 3 good years there that we were going to go back to BG. Tony came over to value and make the video for the website, which some estate agents will charge you extra for doing but BG include as standard.
And Paul who we had worked with 3 years before and knows both the area and our flat well led on the sales. After only 4 viewings and being in the market less than 2 weeks in a pandemic lockdown just before Xmas we accepted an offer at the full asking price. Our flat was a bit unique and needed someone with a very can do approach and a bit of vision to actively sell it. Paul has that in spades.
The sale itself was a protracted one but once again Paul was tenacious in getting the job done, keeping everyone up to speed and chasing and pushing relevant solicitors and the freeholder when needed to make sure that the sale all went through.
Without a doubt, when we come to sell out new house in a few years time we will be turning to the team at Beaumont Gibbs to sell for us again.
