Dear Mr Cruden, just to clarify that the Deposit Protection Service themselves, under their own independent adjudicators, awarded the landlord £1,500 because of the condition that you left the property in. The property was left in a very poor state and that you had also kept from us that you have a large dog in the property that was not allowed under the terms of your tenancy.
