GoogleKeira @ Beaumont Gibbs was amazing at answering all our questions about renting and finding the right property to suit our family needs. She replied quickly to questions big and small which helped the whole process run really smoothly. The whole Beaumont Gibbs team were brilliant as they were also responsible for the selling of the rented property we were moving out of an ensured that we were kept in the loop and agreed to viewings which took away an stress we may have come across! I could not recommend Beaumont Gibbs any more highly, five star service!

GoogleThe team at Beaumont Gibbs managed my rental property for 7 years as I’d moved away from the area. They’re courteous, professional and always resolved issues quickly and in the manner I requested. Their costs were reasonable and fair, and they always made sure the rent was paid on time and my house was looked after. Their choice of maintenance contractors was always good and I didn’t have any problems that they couldn’t resolve. They found good tenants quickly. David and Chloe are an excellent letting team and will look after the landlord and tenants. When I chose to sell the house they handled the sale too. Luke handled the sale very well, with excellent communication throughout. He knows the area and market like no one else. And he’s a nice guy too. I’d highly recommend Beaumont Gibbs, whether you’re a landlord, buying, selling or renting. Thanks guys, I’m grateful for all you’ve done for us over the years.

GoogleThe team (Paul, especially) were fantastic from start to finish for our sale and, despite the timing and the impacts of other factors on the housing market, made the entire process feel super smooth and easy and kept us in the loop all the way through. Not that we are looking to move anytime soon now but, if we did, we would definitely use Beaumont Gibbs again.

GoogleI have sold two properties through BG now and purchased one. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Estate Agents get a bad reputation, however BG are straight forward and up front at all times! BG secured an above asking price offer just days after putting my flat on the market and Luke worked really hard to make sure I completed on my purchase by the stamp duty deadline. GoogleWe first sold our property in December 2019 through Beaumont Gibbs, two further sales later we eventually exchanged and completed in December 2020. It has been a very stressful year with what has happened but we eventually got there with the help and support of Paul Allen, who I can not praise enough. He gave us his all in making sure we were kept informed of all progress wether it was good news or yet more delays in this very frustrating and trying times. Exceptionally communicative, responsive, always on hand with information, knowledgeable and unbelievably patient through hours of phone calls, emails etc even when I wasn't. He was exceptionally skilful at managing relations between the various people involved and I would have honestly been lost without him as a first time buyer.
