GoogleI have rented a house with the help of Dominic , he has been very thorough and professional. He ensured to understand my requirements and found the place accordingly. From the initial viewings with Alan, the negotiations with Tiffany and the final steps with Michelle, this whole renting process has been perfect. Everyone was extremely professional, polite and efficient in replies. They also provided any information I needed extremely quickly. An excellent and easy process from start to finish. GoogleNot very professional or trustworthy. Both of these traits are important when dealing with one of the most important decisions of ones life such as buying and selling. Good communicative skills and honesty with buyers / sellers are very important factors to look for when enlisting the help of an agency to handle property transactions. With reference to your reply. Maybe Sonia your sales agent can shed some light. She arranged and canx 3 viewings with the same client who lives in the same development and each time never showed up and each time canx last minute. One time, I was expecting them to come but after an hour, no sight and no word from Sonia whether she is on her way. Tried calling and she apologized to say her client is no longer coming and to reschedule. 3rd time canx again same day and sent me a text to say would need to reschedule. Very strange considering her client only lives a few mins away. Surely she can pop up for 10 mins. After challenging Sonia, she admits her client has already made an offer on another property yet she texted to say her client will reschedule when she already knew she is no longer interested. Sonia also mentioned she has another client who is also interested and was supposed to come same day but no sign of them either. Each time, she promises but each time a no show. Each time, I made an effort to tidy up and ask members of the family to help and wait at home for the viewings. Honestly and integrity from an agency are important factors to take into account when selling / buying a property.

Everyone was extremely helpful and speedy in helping me rent a property on a relocation move from the US. In particular, Sam was great at getting all the paperwork sorted and Michelle at getting us settled in. Michelle made herself available on a public holiday and out of hours and was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

GoogleArranging a tenancy after just arriving in the country was a daunting task, involving a limited selection of appropriate properties, a need to choose under pressure, a need to organise bank accounts to make the necessary payments and the need to complete the Goodlord tenancy review which (understandably) is written for locals with existing permanent addresses, banking relationships, employment history etc. All this while hoping to complete fast enough to hold our chosen property. The team at B&C properties, led in my case by Adele Chen, were super helpful and efficient. They offered the best property, and then helped every step of the way as we secured the deal. I'm very grateful for their help and would certainly recommend them to others.
