GoogleI found B&C Properties to be an excellent and professional letting agents. I was looking for somewhere to rent for myself and my family for over 2 months and I found the process very tedious, coupled with unorganised and extremely unhelpful letting agents, until I came across Dominic at B&C properties. His professionalism, knowledge and experience was absolutely outstanding. His communication skills are impeccable, he always kept me informed and never ignored any of my emails or calls. Dominic understood the urgency of my move and went above and beyond to ensure the process went smoothly, he even worked on his day off just so that there were no delays in us moving. I honestly can’t thank Dominic enough for all his help and getting us through the process - as they say not all hero’s wear capes!!!

GoogleI have recently sold a property through B&C and whilst it has not been an easy process, they acted with professionalism and commitment throughout and delivered a positive final result. The initial buyer fell through and B&C acted quickly to remarket the property and found a new buyer within weeks. The process lasted for a while due to the inefficiency and bureaucracy of the UK property market, but B&C has been constantly in touch with the buyers and solicitors on both sides to push the process along and ensure a timely completion.
I would like to especially thank Sonia for all her hard work and dedication to successfully complete the sale of my property. I would definitely use B&C again for property related business in this area.

Tiffany didn't bombard me with property outside of my criteria or chosen area, this is a rarity as I have been treated differently by every single estate agency. The Goodlord reference process is User friendly and so is the the service with B&C. Recommended agents!

Simply the worst agency I ever came across in my life. I could write an essay to describe all the issues I had with them, but I will summarise.1. The tenants recommended by them as the "perfect profile" ended up trashing my place causing me over £3K in damages.2. I could not return to my property as planned so ended up renting another place to live with my pregnant wife resulting on a total loss of £35.000.3. B&C’s Director is arrogant, rude and made comments about my “background”If you are a landlord, you should think twice before putting your property in their hands.
