Exceptional Service from Tiffany and B&C Properties

I'm giving a well-deserved 5 stars to Tiffany and the entire B&C Properties team. From the outset, when I first rented my flat, they proved to be incredibly helpful. Now, as I wanted to extend my tenancy agreement, Tiffany went above and beyond to ensure a seamless process. Her dedication and effort in communicating effectively with the landlord stood out. Smooth moving-in process, good communication

We recently used B&C Properties to find a new property to rent and were pleased with the service provided by our agent Adele, who was attentive and knowledgeable throughout. The referencing process utilised software that made what is usually a bit of a painful process, nice and smooth, and B&C have been helpful keeping us updated in relation to a couple of maintenance queries we have had during our tenancy. No problems and a good experience so far - refreshing!

I used B&C properties to find my apartment and highly recommend them for anyone looking to lease a place in London.At a time where I couldn’t find a good apartment fit, quality, pricing and location wise. Tiffany (the real estate agent) went above and beyond to find me places that fit the very selective criteria I set out and she ensured that the process ran smoothly and was very time efficient. Excellent professional service

I used B&C for a number of years to let and manage my property. The experience has been great. The letting team worked efficiently to find me quality tenants and the property management team has been a great help to resolve all sorts of property problems swiftly. When I decided to sell the property, it is natural to go with this good agent. Again, service was excellent. The sale process was long these days but the sale manager Tiffany was excellent in managing the whole process with effective communication with all parties. The completion of sale can’t happen with her. Overall, highly recommended agent for both letting and sale!

Right from the beginning , Tiffany had been very helpful in arranging visits for purchase of our apartment in kidbrooke village. She managed to get good negotiation done with the seller and ensured that the process spanning over several months. Additionally, buying a property involves several factors such as searches , safety acts , solicitors , immense documentations etc . Tiffany went above and beyond to arrange snd ensure everything was in place. This ensured that the whole experience was extremely smooth .

11/10 best service for sureI was staying in a hotel and had huge urgency to move in as quickly as possible.They managed to move me in just 2 days , with such great support and speedy replies. Even though it was a shortlet and I all paid upfront ( quicker referencing process ) , it was still very impressive how fast I got in.They also helped me settle in , installing new curtains and working out the wifi , etc...Many thanks to Michelle, Shaq and Tiffany, they did an outstanding service .

The agency made us wait for a long time to view our apartment (they were late) and when we did view the apartment they were rushing us through it like you’ve never seen before, turning lights off on us. That was a bad experience. But then we wanted to put in an offer and they sent us the contract, and they used someone else’s name (uhh data protection??) also there were inconsistencies with the holding deposit required. On the form it said £150, in person they mentioned £400 and on the contract itself it was £800. Very unprofessional

During the conveyancing process, my solicitor was extremely slow, however Leoni went above and beyond to ensure the sale was ticking along, whether that be through chasing both solicitors or providing both parties with everything they need in a timely manner. Overall this was the best experience that i've ever had with an estate agents and I would most definitely recommend them/ use them again - especially Leoni. Great work!

First Class Letting Agent - Highly Recommended

Used B&C again to find a new tenant. Both Tiffany and Michelle were professional, motivated, helpful and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. They know their stuff and advised me on some issues, current regulations, property law, tenants' rights etc. My new tenant moved in just a couple of weeks after the property was vacated and they presented several offers.
