Do not trust this so called agent, sold a property I was trying to buy multiple times. Said if I didn’t complete I would loose my deposit even though we knew someone else had signed the SAME memorandum of sale and SAME terms (auction conditions). They then try and make you for fit the contract so you loose your deposit. We found out for one of the tenants in the building. They begrudgingly paid deposit back after saying they didn’t realise! But it was the same person doing the sales progression. Also few reviews on trust pilot 👍🏼

Learnt the hard way not to rush even when being pushed because of an upcoming auction. Deliberately left out any mention of additional buyers premium or other fees imposed by the seller that they were aware of. Also didn't advise of the special conditions surrounding development that the seller had slipped into the T&Cs (which are commonly mentioned in the listing by other agents). Dishonest and hiding behind the small print.

Could not give zero stars. Trespassed on land and took drone footage over grazing land without permission. You caused injuries on two horses. Disgraceful behaviour. Please let me know where I can send the vet bill. AVOIDUPDATED REVIEW BY MYSELF 30/4/2024 ... Barney estates you seem to have copied and pasted a reply from another bad review of a different review site to this one.You have not answered my question. Could not give zero stars. I have been frequently harassed by men trespassing on land that I care for horses on. I feel frightend and threatened every time this happens and I'm now not only scared to go home to my situation, scared if I'm not with the horses that one of these trespassers mite do to them, and also scared to go be on the land incase of a trespasser again. You are making me ill.

I was interested In a Site on Redhill rd. Cobham. I later discovered that the whole site was covered in TPOS across the entire site, later I phoned Elmbridge council to find out what could be done with the plot and was informed that the land was situated inside the greenbelt and cannot be used for any residential or commercial use. Barney. Estates are informing people that certain sites can be developed when it's clearly not the case. Whilst parked looking at the site a neighbour informed me the site in Redhill rd and he made it clear that the site could not be developed

Obviously bad at their job. Have advertised land that has tenants still on the land that have a years notice. Have planned access routes to "lots" along areas that have natural underground springs. So the access will be inaccessible to land purchased. Have failed to advertise land accurately that will have severe restrictions to planning permissions. Trying to pull the wool over buyers eyes is a nasty way to do business. Allowing "viewings" to take place and then being hounded by tenants who have not given permission for us to view land. Being told we are trespassing. Being shown a contract that shows that they have exclusive use of land.

Can’t be trusted Great at calling you when they want to sell you something. The calls stop once you’ve paid. I don’t trust this agent. Look at the website tells you one thing. Look at companies house tells you another. Look at auction results. They sell very little. Don’t take my word do your own search it cost nothing. Search director’s, years trading, tax returns. Then decide if you want to trade or trust them. I wouldn’t again that’s for sure.
