GoogleThese guys a scammers and should be taken to court for ripping people of brought land from them and they did not mention £10,000 fees and also 2 separate overages which is 62%. I'm thinking of taking legal action against them for their sneaky charges and dishonesty. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND REPORT THEN TO OMDUNSMAN.

GoogleRadio 4 today 15/7/21 highlighted a very poor experience respecting this company selling land with development potential with such a severe flood risk there is a danger to life and with zero chance of planning permission. And of course their legalistic response is that "everyone gets a slim chance to read the smallest print" SO ITS FAIR!!! Even if you thought you saw it advertised as "development potential"

They currently have land advertised for sale without mentioning the policies that exist to protect the land from development. Whilst no purchaser would proceed without checking it is disingenuous to not mention those policies in their listing.

GoogleSold us a piece of land and did not disclose a farmer tenant. They are now selling a substantial piece of the same land at West Meon for £750k but FAILING to disclose in their details the access tracks that run through the land at several points. Now being sold at £200k not disclosing the access to owners of other land sold

GoogleCannot give a negative star. Have been informed that vendors selling land do not own the land, and that the legal owners are not selling. Yet, they continue to proceed to attempt to sell the land at auction. Do not go anywhere near!
Heidi, thank you for your comments, However all of our vendors are checked before any instruction is taken on, we would not sell a property that did not belong to the Seller. We recently purchased a property through an auction with Barney Estates and Auctioneers. Elliot did an amazing job of pulling our deal together and saved the day by identifying gaps in our ROI calculations due to a previous misinterpretation of several costs. This purchase wouldn’t have happened without Elliot as we had pulled out, but we ended up concluding the sale before auction commencement. Would definitely use the service again.
