GoogleAfter some bad experience with the other typical high street agents I was apprehensive in approaching Barnard Marcus. I needn't been. Josh has gone above and beyond when assisting me renting my portfolio and I couldn't be more grateful. Completely stress free! Very reasonable fees for the exemplary service he offers. I would advise any property investor to speak to Josh!

Just about a minute ago recived a call from them regarding enquiry we made with my wife..... the was supper unhelpful trying to made me stupid on the phone by starting to speak on a slow motion and then rudely he hang up please sort out your agents you are not going to get more business in that manner

GoogleI have viewed plenty of properties with Joshua Ferguson, one of the best agents around and it would not surprise me, if he has his own office one day. Positive, patient, clearly know’s his stuff and smartly dressed always. He has helped and advised me on property related stuff on plenty occasions. I have and will continue to recommend him always.

They took the £500 deposit successfully enough. After that all they delivered were excuses and delays. The young lad (manager, apparently) thinks he knows everything and we're too stupid to see his lies. Avoid if you can, but if you want the property, you want the property. Just deal with them in writing. Then you have something to hold them to.

It was great dealing with Priscilla Mohanarajah, once all the documents were sorted it was simple to work out the best offer for myself and to submit the application. The mortgage itself and valuation were done promptly and I was impressed at the speed all things got done. Would recommend!

Save your nerves, do not use this company. They confirmed that they are ready for exchange but then there were some inquiries to be processed, they could not communicate with the chain properly, as result we lost £2500 in the stamp duty by missing the discount period end.

I would leave a negative star if I could! Horrible people. They don’t have basic courtesy. Rude on calls and in our last interaction they were literally shouting at us on phone. Highly incompetent staff who know nothing about the property. And they treat tenants like second class citizens.

Got told by an employee that there would be a refund in 3-5 working days. 2 weeks later we are still chasing this. 3 different people told us a different story. They can take money really easily but getting a refund is something they probably never heard off.
