I can't recommend these guys enough, from start to finish they were incredible. I had a very stressful moving process (related to free holders agent) and the team at Barnard Marcus supported me throughout, chasing up e-mails, calls and being approachable and contactable at all times. I must mention Bledian as he was the stand out and helped me immensely throughout, going above and beyond. Would 100% work with this estate agency again in the future.

If we could have purchased our house through someone else we would have. Michael was lovely, but the other were not so much. The daily harassment of emails by James - including some implying that other people in the chain would loose their dream house because we were making sure the freehold legalities were in place - was very unnecessary and stressful in an already stressful process. Also Nicholas spent more time trying to push their in-house mortgage broker than actually telling us about the property.

From the moment we met James and the team we knew they would be the right agents for us. They were honest and professional and tried to get us the highest price possible while being realistic about the state of the market. We sold in under three weeks and they generated a lot of viewings in that short space of time. We had originally considered an online agent but have been totally convinced that the service we got from Bernard Marcus more than made up for the slightly higher cost premium. Having an agent that was really invested in our sale made all the difference for us.
