We were running out of time because we had to leave our flat before exchange contracts and Glen and Adrian helped to speed up the process with the solicitors. In particular Glen handled some situations between both sides solicitors and vendor to finish the process before Christmas. These are the kind of things that we appreciate from an agency.

GoogleI dealt with Adrian McCAlla from the Furzdown Barnard Marcus office and I was incredibly impressed by his professional and proactive manner. Adrian went out of his way to be helpful and schedule viewings on suitable properties and he dealt with my queries in a helpful and knowledgeable manner. As a result I found my perfect house and felt supported throughout the purchase process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this estate agent for future use.

GoogleReally excellent marketing of the property and a realistic and most importantly an honest valuation that came through in an offer very quickly. Bledian and his team were very efficient, professional and friendly, making selling our home to move abroad considerably less stressful as a result. I greatly appreciated how prompt they were at getting back to me about any queries I had, and they were proactive at keeping me updated throughout. Highly recommend
