I had a great experience Barnard Marcus, who Arian my agent, set a realistic and well-judged sale price from the outset. This approach attracted strong interest and resulted in many viewings at the open house, which in turn led to multiple offers. Behind the scenes, Adrian and his team carefully vetted viewers and offers to ensure suitability, which was especially important as my situation was time-critical. I believe setting a sensible price from the beginning was key, particularly compared with other valuations I received early on that suggested overpricing. From the day the property went on the market, it was under offer and sold within just 11 days. As Adrian said, “you only need to get it right once”, and he absolutely did. I also used Roxi for my mortgage who took over from another broker I had started the process with, but was very slow moving. Roxi was fast, proactive, and always on top of everything. It gave me real peace of mind knowing nothing was left to chance. Truly grateful for the support!

Very rude and unprofessional staff. I called for three days straight, always first thing in the morning, and was told each time that “someone will call me back.” No one ever did. When I asked why, the staff member got rude and dismissive. To make matters worse, when I asked about the property I was interested in, I was told instantly that it was “not available anymore,” which felt like an excuse just to get rid of me rather than a genuine answer. By far the worst customer service I’ve experienced, no respect, no professionalism, and no care for customers.

This agency has proven to be extremely unreliable and unprofessional. My partner and I had an offer accepted, successfully passed referencing, and paid the deposit. Despite repeated follow-ups over three weeks, we were not provided with a tenancy agreement. Eventually, we were informed that the landlord had been marketing the property through another agency and had chosen a different tenant. We submitted a formal complaint over six weeks ago and have yet to receive any response or explanation. The entire experience has caused us significant inconvenience and frustration.
