GoogleAbsolutely flawless experience with Barnard Marcus from start to finish Buying and Selling. A big thank you to Damon for his professionalism showing us around the property, we immediately could see ourselves living in and put an offer in which was accepted. Also, a big thank you to Glen for arranging the valuation of our property so swiftly. Was very impressed with James' enthusiasm and great efforts to get us and over the asking price offer for our home within 1 open day. And lastly a huge thank you to Katie Shean (sales progressor) for constantly chasing everything up to ensure a quick completion. Highly impressed with the whole team and would recommend.

GoogleDamon, Glen and Annabel were all extremely professional, helpful and responsive throughout our purchase of our flat. Damon was excellent during the initial and subsequent flat viewing showing us all the details of the property and answering all of our questions about the offer / purchase procedures, Glens' prompt communication with us when putting our offers in for the flat was crucial, and Annabels' coordinating between the various parties leading up to exchange and completion was also superb. GoogleA big warning to Landlords out there, avoid this company at all costs. They do not do due diligence with potential tenants, they will high pressure you to take a tenant, even when you have some doubts. Then, when you ask for information to help prove a fraud, they ignore your emails. Fake tenants who then sublet is a big danger in London. If they have found you a tenant, please do your own independent checks. Do not rely on their services and credit checks on self employed people are not enough.

GoogleI had a positive experience with Barnard Marcus, specifically with Joey. He went above and beyond to find a property for me and tried to fit my specifications as much as possible. I have never had such an outgoing and positive experience with an estate agent. I could tell he truly cared about finding me a place and not just doing a job. he should get a raise.

GoogleHello. I tried to move house, unsuccessfully, with different estate agencies, in the last 2 years. I saw a flat on Rightmove Tuesday. Then we called the estate agency and set an appointment for viewing, with Bernardo, Wednesday, we like the flat and Bernardo liked us. Until next Tuesday we were checked and approved to be the next tenants. Very pleased with them, especially with Bernardo and Joey, for efficiency and professionalism. Thank you!

Nothing was too much trouble, alway there at the end of the phone and sorted out everything I needed to when having to get electricity metre readings and gas sorted etc...
