GoogleTerrible customer service, called them many times to arrange a viewing, no response from the lettings team. They told me they would call me back several times, they failed to do so. I feel sorry for the landlords who instructed them to rent the property, i don't know how the property will be let if they're not answering their phones to arrange viewings. Barnard Marcus are the worst estate agents i've ever tried to deal with. I'll be sticking with foxtons and dexters.

GoogleFilipa has been very communicative and helpful throughout the letting process, replying to emails very quickly and allowing the process to be as smooth as possible! We all know how stressful moving can be so its nice to have someone so helpful!

GoogleCatastrophic Tried to rope me into a 3 year contract, and pay them over 7 grand, just to find a tenant. When I spoke to the tenants they did the same to them. Told me that the tenant had all their own furniture, I throw out furniture. When I spoke with tenants they had bought furniture as the agent had said no furniture included. The property came with parking space, the agent told the tenant it would cost them extra. They charged the tenant £1000, plus referencing at £180 per person (there was 4 of them). On the day of the move they still had not sent me contact details, info to fill out my tenancy, or info on their reference checks

GoogleI had a wonderful experience , with Adrian McCalla at Barnard Marcus , not only was he time efficient and proactive , he help me negotiate more than the properties value. Last year we had a major problem with our selected solicitor and we were unable to make contact and Adrian chase them daily even though it was not his job :) very good service I would definitely recommend this agent. It’s a shame we are now living outside of London

We had such a good experience with them everything went smoothly with the sale. The sale was secured within the first 2 weeks of the property going on the market. Everyone at this branch were always willing to help and very polite and we felt we were in good hands. I would highly recommend them. Thank you once again!
