GoogleBairstow Eves are are an amazing team of agents, and were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my tenancy. They were there every step of the way when I put in an offer and underwent referencing, and remained helpful with any queries during my tenancy over the last year. When I needed a reference for my move, Clair responded swiftly and was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this Agency for a great renting experience!

GoogleHighly recommend Bairstow Eves. The professionalism of both Jordan and Sea throughout made my experience with them a stress-free one. What I waned when renting out my property is clear communication at all times and to feel like a priority when arranging to rent out your property, and that's precisely what I received from Bairstow. No issue is too much for them and they will always keep you completely updated at all times. Furthermore, they will endeavour in making life easier and stress-free for yourself. All traits that give me a great deal of faith in dealing with Bairstow Eves. Would highly recommend.

GoogleRude colleagues and unprofessional. Especially the one named Adam/Balam. This particular worker disconnects the phone on anyone even though he's the one who talks rudely and patronises clients by saying we don't need you we are an established agency, he decides and disconnects calls when he pleases. If you ask to speak to his manager you'll never get to speak to anyone senior. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. I'll never let or buy with this place.

GoogleIf i could give 0 i would.The worst agency i have ever deal with in my entire life!! Guys AVOID AVOID AVOID.For 3 years living in the flat with the whole in the ceilling nothing was fixied and also they dont want to give me my deposit back and its almost a month.horrible ! AVOID again.

As a private landlord who has been with Bairstow Eves for many years, I cannot over-rate Jordan Haggar and his Team for their excellence in service delivery that not only often exceeds ones original expectations but also delivers value for money as well as peace of mind in what is often a precarious market/service sector.

GoogleVery disappointed to be contacted twice to view a couple of seemingly very nice flats to then cancel the viewing on the spot. I travelled for an hour and wasted travel money and time to then be told that the tenant wasn't in, twice for two different properties by two different agents. The agents in question did not even make contact to rearrange visits or even apologise. Hard to justify your letting fees given the lack of effort. If I could give them no stars I would.

We were kept up to date at all times, our sale was progressed quickly and he even chased both legal teams to avoid delays. GoogleDealt mostly with Daniel and Anita - happy to accommodate extra viewings and put things to our seller immediately that we needed to sort. Sometimes difficult to get on the phone because they are so busy, but once you do they were keen to sort things for us immediately as clients. Other office staff also very helpful including putting up with me for 3 hours in the office on the completion day waiting for our keys to come through (soliciting delays, nothing to do with Bairstow). All in all the purchase was relatively quick and concerns or queries answered quickly - often it can feel like agents are siding with their sellers, but that certainly wasn’t the case here.
