GooglePaul and the team at Bairstow Eves were excellent with their help, support and advice when I wanted to sell my flat. They were extremely proactive in quickly finding a good buyer and being on top of the process. I would recommend them for their great service and also for their very reasonable fees, which were fully earned.

GooglePurchased a property in Walthamstow through Bairstow Eves. It became quite a difficult process, which was very frustrating, however, Michael and Danielle, were excellent. They pushed as hard as possible throughout the sale and were extremely helpful, checking out information for me while we awaited documents for completion. They were extremely professional from start to finish and I couldn't recommend them more highly. A pleasure to deal with.

GoogleWe are now a few short days away from moving to our new home. It has been a rollercoaster of a lengthy journey that we may not have completed had it not been for the calm and dedicated efforts of the Baistow Eves team. In particular , Ritesh. He managed to fill the gaps with solid advice when progress seemed to be stalling and expertly managed to keep all parties, sellers, buyers and solicitors, working towards a common goal. His pleasant and cheerful nature was always reassuring and he was always available when we needed him. We really recommend Bairstow Eves.

GoogleI have had such an easy and reassuring experience with Bairstow Eves. I’m about to embark on my first solo tenancy after 11 years in London with friends and, as you can imagine, I’ve experienced the good, the bad and the ugly of estate agents over this time. I was nervous and apprehensive about doing this alone, but now I feel like I’m in safe hands. I met my estate agent, Sea, at the very first property I viewed in my search. We discussed how I loved the flat but that it would likely be out of budget, which is ordinarily be where most estate agents would lose interest, but not in this case. Upon going back to the office, Sea heard of a property that wasn’t yet on their site, but that would be the perfect fit for the description I’d given. I viewed the new property within 48 hours, and lo and behold, it was exactly what I’d been looking for. Although not the most convenient timing for viewings, Bairstow Eves ensured that every Covid guideline was followed, with preliminary paperwork ahead of time and masks/distancing upon viewing. Moving to a new property can be stressful, especially if you’re with an unfamiliar estate agents, but Sea and the Bairstow Eves team have gone above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need.PositiveQuality
