There’s a “Virtual Tour” function on Zoopla which is really useful to see video perspective of a property. Bairstow Eves abuse this in a REALLY annoying way - they just upload these stupid videos which are literally just a slideshow of the photos which are already uploaded in the photo section, mixed in with bit of information that’s already in the description. That’s not what virtual tours are, and that’s not what the feature is for. Either do an actual virtual tour or don’t. Edit: you’re asking me to remove this negative review because it’s “unfair to place on the local team.” Happy to do so, as soon as you let me know which office or part of Bairstow Eves I should leave the review for instead?
