Me and my partner found a nice little flat on right move and decided to put an offer down on the condition of it being deep cleaned and luckily managed to secure the property. The lettings negotiator, Tia, and the regional co-ordinator, Clair were very friendly and very helpful and helped greatly throughout the process. Unfortunately, our experience with Bairstow Eves really declined after getting the keys. The flat was not deep cleaned. In fact I had spent 3 whole days trying to clean up, what seems to be the previous tenant’s dog urine. I found this out once I removed all the plug-in air fresheners that was used to mask the strong smell. I understand that this might not be Bairstow Eves fault, but I do expect a certain standard of cleanliness, especially if it was the one condition I asked for. The flat also had numerous repairs that needed to be fixed. One fault being classed as an “emergency” on the tenants portal. None of these faults have been repaired and it has been over 2 weeks since I reported the faults; even after constantly ringing the property managers, just being passed along from person to person and not going anywhere. This has been a huge source of frustration, stress and anxiety.

Ritesh at Bairstow Eves Walthamstow has been a great assistance in our property search. We were unlucky with another property through a different agency, so meeting a real professional like Ritesh was a blessing. He was able to understand our needs as a young family moving into the area, demonstrating his in depth knowledge of Walthamstow, and being very proactive in getting us viewings for properties. In dealing with Bairstow Eves for our recent move, the process has been mostly painless and quite swift! Our points of contact were Tia and Clair at the Walthamstow branch, and both were efficient, personable and thorough in their work while dealing with our move. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star review is due to some issues we had with their use of an automated referencing tool "Keysafe", which repeatedly caused issues and slowed down our referencing process, first not calculating our income correctly, then not accepting certain email domains, and mostly just slowing the whole process down! Otherwise, Bairstow Eves have been efficient and pleasant to deal with during a stressful move, and that is thanks to Tia and Clair!

Found an ideal property for rent on Rightmove and contacted Bairstow Eves, spoke to Tia who advised the viewings were fully booked but took my details in case there was a cancellation (other agents didn't do that for other properties I liked), and luckily there was. Viewed the property and was successful in securing it. Through the whole process both Tia and Clair were very approachable, helpful and supportive. Outstanding Service I don't usually write a review but on this occasion it felt it was fitting as I recently moved into a new property thanks to the help of Jordan Hagger at Bairstow Eves. Melissa Koleosho is currently managing our flat which is in the Wembley Park area. I must say, she is very professional and productive when it comes to taking actions in dealing with issues of repairs or anything in regards to our flat. This Estate Agent is very professional I have put my property for sale and within a month I had an offer already from one of the regular Bairstow Eves but I keep it for another 3 month in case someone want to offer higher price and Bairstow Eves consult me superbly and keep me update. I have a bout 6 visit from potential client and at the end I come back to the first offer. Due to high reputation of Bairstow Eves they have the regular buyer who is cash buyer and if everything is done according to their instruction and requirement your sale will go smoothly. I recently purchase a property with the help of a wonderful selling team at Bairstow Eves in Walthamstow. They were able to find properties for me to view that met my needs and budget. At the end they were pivotal in negotiating on my behalf and getting the right price for all parties involved.The consistency, respect and speed at which the operate is truly wonderful and most importantly their friendliness.
