Melissa Koleosho is currently managing our flat which is in the Wembley Park area. I must say, she is very professional and productive when it comes to taking actions in dealing with issues of repairs or anything in regards to our flat. We recently had a new tenant move in and everything was taken care of in an orderly manner and furthermore, any issues and repairs were dealt with promptly. She is reliable, productive, quick in taking the necessary actions to get all issues resolved and lastly, she is very good in general communication and responding to queries. We are very happy with her service.

This Estate Agent is very professional I have put my property for sale and within a month I had an offer already from one of the regular Bairstow Eves but I keep it for another 3 month in case someone want to offer higher price and Bairstow Eves consult me superbly and keep me update. I have a bout 6 visit from potential client and at the end I come back to the first offer. Due to high reputation of Bairstow Eves they have the regular buyer who is cash buyer and if everything is done according to their instruction and requirement your sale will go smoothly. All the staff at Bairstow Eves is well trained and understood what their client and customer expecting to get from their service. Their manager Mr Ritesh is very talented and bright and explain to me from the beginning how much it will cost for their service and nothing more then what you ecpected as agreed in the agreement. Booked 2 viewings on Sunday but no one showed up and wasted my Sunday morning. There is no phone number to reach on weekend so stood outside and had to wait for 30 mins for each property. Barbara insisted she arranged for Sunday. She wrote me on Monday. That shows no one was following up the viewings on Sunday which is I think it is not professional. Really disappointed. I know the office is closed on weekends but if you cannot follow up on the day, don't do viewings on weekends in my opinion.

Karl was our first point of contact and was great and very pro from the initial phone call. Lovely to deal with, he answered our many questions and gave us great advice. We ended up renting one of the properties he showed us. Dealing with him and the paperwork was quite easy and communication went well. I would point however that somewhere in the Middle of our offer being accepted with references completed and us signing the agreement there was a bit of limbo where we were not sure what was happening and had to call the agency to understand where things were. On the day we went to take the keys to our new place, the whole team at the agency was lovely to deal with, special thanks to Clair!

Our experience so far has been a disaster. 2 consecutive weekends we have travelled from Stratford to view properties at North London (Brook Mews). On the 12th October we met with the agent but the office hadn't arranged access to the properties. So we had to reschedule for the 19th. To our surprise and although we confirmed with the office the appointment on the same day we are facing now an even worse situation. No one was expecting us at the property, no one was answering our calls and for once more we are travelling back without seeing the properties. Better luck next time... Deeply disappointed with the service.

With all the different Lettings Agents to chose from in Walthamstow, Bairstow Eves deliver the most professional service. Their fees are higher than the others but their execution of services is superior to justify their fee. My one bedroom property was marketed the same day it was surveyed with professional photography. 5 viewings and only 12 days later, my new tenant moves in today. Looking to rent a property available on the market, the agent Ifram asked for all my details, including GDPR protected details over the phone, just to have a viewing booked. When flagged that's not ok, since the details requested are protected by law, I've been told that's the procedure and we are unable to proceed with the viewing, since I don't provide all the required details. Again, GDPR protected details requested upon booking a viewing for an available property. Not sure what they do with the collected data, but I would rather protect myself from being scammed.
