I had an excellent experience with Itayi Ndunduma at Bairstow Eves. From the very beginning, Itayi was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Countrywide that operates out of this branch and does their letting agreements & deposit protections with landlords is a joke. Our landlord kept our deposit for 3 months past legally meant to. We called and emailed them again and again as they were the ones holding the ability to release the deposit. They ignored us. The only reason we finally got our deposit back is because I'd opened up a case with mydeposit directly as soon as the landlord failed to release the deposit in the allotted time. Otherwise, we'd still be chasing them and being ignored.

Never thought I would be leaving a review for an estate agent! But I have to say Danielle and team are brilliant. I had been looking for a flat for some time and seen quite a few before I came across Danielle, who got us in for 2 viewings on the same day - both of which were good enough to offer on. The agent who showed us round has masses more knowledge about the properties than other agents we'd seen, he was able to talk about fixtures and fittings, lease length and service charges clearly not bluffing. When we put out offer in we were impressed with how Danielle managed it. There was some to and fro but she was communicative and we felt she was very fair. She also massively helped us get the same through, with her and all the team in plenty of touch and again with a very friendly but pragmatic approach. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again on either a sale or a purchase.

Discriminates against people on DSS benefits, rang up twice once as someone working on 42k per year looking to rent and 2nd time as a guarantor for someone on benefits. They were fine with me personally renting and were very nice to me on the phone (I earn 28 times the monthly rent per year, was not a problem for them). 2nd time I rang up they spoke to me real nice as they did the 1st time, until I mentioned I'm ringing up on behalf of someone on benefits and I would be there guarantor again saying I'm on 42k per year, her attitude completely changed to passive aggressive and she no longer had any patience for me, now demanding I need to be on 65k per year which is more then double the average UK salary. So I went from needing 28 times the monthly rent to 43 times in literally a second and she then wouldnt talk to me. Absolutely Disgraceful

Never been soo content with a letting agency I just need to put up this review so anyone knows this is there safe place to go.it took less than 24hrs for Itayi the letting agent to help my partner and I find a home after weeks of searching. Bairstow Eves Lettings Walthamstow, provided an outstanding service in letting our property. They had a dual agency contract alongside another letting agent who promised the world but failed to deliver. We weren't the easiest of landlords as we refused to let at a price based on competitiveness, rather we insisted on a price that reflected the condition & offerings of the property which all things considered is well above average. While the other agent didn't manage to achieve a single viewing, Bairstow Eves achieved competition amongst prospective tenants. The new tenant, of their own accord offered in excess of the asking price in determination to secure the property. They were also our preferred tenant all matters considered (not based on their higher offer). Bairstow Eves were thorough with the whole lettings process, seeing it through to completion, creating a happy tenant and landlord. Staff Members of note that we wish to thank for their tenacity and thorough professionalism are Jordan, Clair and Itayi. They were all an absolute pleasure to do business with. All three went out of their way, over and above reasonable expectations (extra special thank you Itayi). We would definitely use Bairstow Eves Walthamstow again and can strongly recommend their excellent services to landlords and tenants requiring a professional service. All my thought process have changed on agencies with Bairstow Eves🤑💭, earlier I would have a feeling that it takes a lot of time process and no guarantee that we get a home with the agency but, after I signed up with Bairstow Eves one day I got a message from agency as per my requirements and viewed the home after that they tried to do everything ASAP, I would like to thank Jordan and team(Walthamstow Central) for making this happen, he's very much polite, understanding and supportive, they made our move into new property an absolute delightful experience 🤩
