We had thorough and knowledgeable advice from the start of renting out our flat. Since then the team, Claire, Jordan and Karl have been incredibly responsive to all communication and queries. Very pro active approach to finding the right tenant in a short space of time. Would highly recommend this branch.

Absolutely very rude staff. Before renting they are all smiles, once they have you signed up they will ignore any issues you may have at the property up to the point that you need to report them to council. They do not have a human treat at all.

Great experience. Everyone I dealt with during my recent move was helpful. We had a slight leak shortly after moving and a repairman was there the same day. I've only been with Bairstow Eves for a couple of weeks, but so far, so good! I'd definitely recommend.

We have been letting a property in Walthamstow for the past two years, whilst we are out of the country. Until fairly recently we had been considering taking our business elsewhere, but since Bairstow Eves took over we have been very impressed by Chris, our new property manager. She is very professional and friendly, always endeavouring to reply to our queries as quickly as possible. We are also aware that she is not just impressing us, but our tenants have also commented on how pleased they are with the service she is providing.
