She is such a lovely person being friendly, helpful and very professional. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I would recommend this company and I was completed satIsfield with their business. GoogleLorraine was very good at communicating with us and the vendor to complete our purchase. We had some delays through no fault of Hetheringtons, but Lorraine managed to hold everything together. After acquiring the property, we didnt realise how much work we need to do as everything looked good cosmetically so was a bit disappointed when we worked out the financials. Nice and friendly and polite staff from Hetheringtons.

GoogleAlicia was particularly helpful in finding my son and his girlfriend a flat that suited them in the local area. She was resourceful and able to resolve issues with the vetting company. I would recommend this branch and do ask for Alicia.

GoogleMy experience with Hetheringtons has been a bit of a roller coaster ride over the years. However since, Hayley Hogan has been at the helm at the South Woodford office it has been just amazing. She is always very professorial and get things done and most importantly, truly understands the stresses of letting properties. I would strongly recommend contacting her if you appreciate good service.
