We have been tenants with Barstow Eves for over five years. Initially, our experience was very positive, the first property manager was highly efficient, responsive, and professional. However, the quality of service has significantly declined over time. The most recent property manager was vague and inconsistent in communication, and since their departure, no one has introduced themselves as our new point of contact. We are currently dealing with an urgent maintenance issue, and despite repeated attempts to get in touch, we have received no response. Over the past few months, communication has been poor and the overall management lacking in efficiency and reliability. Regrettably, based on our recent experiences, we would not be able to recommend Barstow Eves.

She registered me and had informed me of all the whole process of how renting works in the UK which I found really informative and relieving. It's been a year since we rented a flat in South Woodford with the help of Itayi. I still remember how anxious we're when we're looking for a place to rent at that time. We're so lucky that we met Itayi in the process of property hunting. Whenever we showed interest in a property, Itayi kindly arranged a viewing for us. He also actively recommended available properties that suited our needs and budget. He did follow up with us after each viewing. We're not familiar with the renting procedures, Itayi patiently guided us through every step. After we'd placed an offer for a property that we'd like to rent, Itayi helped us communicate with the landlord, telling him how eager we'd like to rent his property and what we could offer. Itayi kept updating us on the progress when we're waiting for the landlord’s reply. Once the landlord accepted our offer, Itayi patiently helped us with the reference check. We're a bit stuck with the payment process, which made us very anxious, Itayi kindly comforted us and suggested different alternatives to us. In this whole year, whenever we had questions regarding the flat where we're staying, Itayi was always there to help. Even though he's not responsible for the issues, he kindly answered my questions and told us who we should talk to. Itayi is truly a professional letting agent. He's committed to his job, and he knows the property market and the area very well. Itayi is kind-hearted, you can tell he sincerely wants to help you once you meet him. We're so so so grateful that we have met him!!!

My partner and I was giving up as we were running out of time to find a place, Alicia was so helpful and instantaneously found us a spacious, clean flat in a great area for us to live. If you are looking for a place to let in the area, you definitely have to use Alicia as your letting agent. Although we eventually found a place with a different letting agency, Alicia was the most diligent in trying to find us a place.
