Very disappointed with my experience having rented for above 2 years via them . Issues take forever to get resolved and I received a very poor response . I was without heating and hot water for about 3 weeks in winter and without a working washing machine for about a month . Even after I left and requested deposits as per the contract , they chose to ignore me . I had to eventually raise a dispute to get my deposit back .

I have been dealing with Alicia and I feel very lucky ! She listened to our needs / must have / really want and presented us with a few suitable properties. When we found the one we wanted, she was great at getting answers quickly from the landlord for us and took the time to describe everything to us and to make sure we were comfortable with everything before proceeding.
