GoogleFrom the very start of the sale and our subsequent purchase we received excellent service and support with our house sale from Richard and the Team at South Woodford. We experienced efficient service, politeness and support from all the staff at all times. Richard kept us informed of the progress of the sale right to completion on the final day. We had several problems with our buyers, but he chased them up each time and sorted it all out. They very supportive in a very stressful period in our lives. We have no regrets using them! They provides the best experience we have ever had with an Estate Agent and we would not hesitate to use them again!

GoogleFive months into our tenancy and still we are waiting for our doorbell/intercom to work. A few months ago when Hetheringtons (now Bairstow Eves) were meant to meet the workers and sort it out they did not turn up.
Countless times have we reached out and Hetheringtons do not seem to care. Constantly chasing them up - no one at the office seems to do any proactive work into ongoing issues, instead they wait for you to contact them.
If they were half as keen to get back to you once you’ve actually moved into a property as they were when we first moved in we might have been alright.
