Dear Mr Tearle, I am very sorry to hear that your experience of Bairstow Eves has not been positive and I would like to thank you for drawing this to our attention. We act on behalf of our vendors and follow their instructions. As I am aware you made a cash offer but wanted a structural survey to be carried out. A survey was booked with the vendor for Tuesday 6th September but in the meantime we continued to market the property. We received a number of offers on the property whilst waiting for the survey to be carried out, unfortunately the vendor received a significantly higher offer. They are not to be trusted. Take a holding deposit still advertise the property. Badger and pressurize for paperwork. Then a week after taking the deposit and having already had all the paperwork for days ring and say that the Landlord has let it to someone else. They do not care about legalities or any potential clients!!!
