Viewing properties with this agent - completely disorganised, terrible communication, very rude over the phone. Out of all letting agents I have been with over the years, this was by far the worst one to be with. Wish we had seen the other reviews before wasting our time with them

Slick sales pitch, followed by totally non-existent service to the point of rudeness at the Finchley branch. I think that I barely spoke to the same person twice, and had to explain everything multiple times to staff that seemed not to have the most basic grasp of their business. Not recommended at all.

I rented a property with this company. They had a £5000 watch stolen from the house whilst showing someone around. It later got rented to someone who used it as a cannabis farm causing 30k of damage for which I recieved no compensation or even sympathy from the company.

The worst agent ever.Rude, disgusting, thieves. All they care is about money. They provide a poor service. Im letting from them, repairs takes ages you need to fight for it and replace stuff in the property they will choose the cheapest without the landlord knowledge. AVOID THEM at all costs.

Incompetent, innaccurate,uncommunicative and discourteous.To add insult to injury, a failure to even achieve an offer on the property in over two months.

The things we been through and the nerve cells we burned whilst renting through out Barkingside branch is unexplainable. We were also entered into different contract and are probably going to court as froudulent things has happened inside there. Try to avoid, to save time and nerves.

absolutely rubbish! avoid! sales and mortgage advisers are all useless! Sales are trying to push us to exchange contract even the vendor doesn't have colored lease plan and I consider myself lucky if I can get hold of the mortgage adviser after 100 phone calls.

Sad to say I would not recommend this company. Compared to the Estate Agent we were buying from there was very little contact regarding our sale with B.E. which was not helpful and added to stress.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
