TrustpilotHow do you give zero star
How do you give zero star? Trying to get my deposit back, Olga, Elizabeth and the rest of the team have been tossing me around. I moved out 2 months ago, my former landlord checked the apartment and was happy for most of my deposit to be refunded but these guys are telling me my deposit refund is now "uploaded for a review" Stay away from them, they are rogues!!

TrustpilotPoor service Sutton Branch
Poor service all around. Estate agents sold services and then once that was done never bothered to really keep me updated. I had to ring them with updates and then when making an official complaint, that was just ridiculous as well. They have given conflicting/false information and haven’t been helpful towards myself and partner. Wouldn’t use to buy, sell or rent a house with these!

TrustpilotWill definitely use again!
Had a brilliant experience with Bairstow Eves in Bow for letting out our flat in the area. They were helpful, good at communication and got us new tenants quickly and at a rental rate we wanted. We will definitely use them again when we are looking for new tenants. Many thanks :)

We had the brilliant good fortune of having Jayne Dillon deal with our application, and what an absolute tour-de-force this lady has been. Friendly, dealt with everything for us incredibly quickly, kept us updated at every juncture, an absolute credit to the Bairstow team and the reason we will absolutely be recommending B.E to friends and family alike. cannot thank you enough!

TrustpilotBairstowe Eves Grays
I unfortunately did not sell with Bairstow Eves, which was my biggest mistake. I spoke with Patrick at the Grays office, he gave me so much help and information, he went over and above. I would 100% trust this guy and should I ever need to sell I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Please take heed.

TrustpilotReally bad
Awful communication skills and agents are constantly contradicting themselves and each other. Rude to tenants, uncompassionate, really slow to sort out problems. The fees they charge are totally unethical as they provide such a terrible service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, ever.

Stephen has a wealth of knowledge and contacts within the property sector. He was always professional and efficiently dealt with any queries that occurred during the selling process. He certainly made everything far less stressful. I can’t praise him enough

We used Bairstow eves in leytonstone to sell our property. The service was terrible, they put no effort in to the advertisement on zoopla and right move. They showed no enthusiasm during viewings and overall service was poor. Do not use them. Wasted 6 weeks of our time.
