GoogleWe are so happy with Bairstow Eves Lettings. In fact our previous rental was with BE and we went back to use them. They found us a new property straight away, with minimal hassle, which we absolutely love. Ryan, Ben and Petya are all first class professionals. We would not go anywhere else!

GoogleSuperb service at sourcing the potential tenant and closing the deal. The only negative is the ridiculous intransigence of BS HQ to alter the tenancy terms in the standard tenancy format. They refused to alter. I will still be generous and give top marks but BS clearly still has room for improvement.

GoogleVery helpful staff. Can’t praise Ben enough. Helped us secure our first property together, and helped us sort through a few issues making sure we got our place. Always on the other end of the phone should we need anything. Would definitely recommend to people looking toneither buy or rent a property.

GoogleI was in a difficult situation and needed a rental flat ASAP. The staff at the lavender hill office rose to the challenge and managed to push through my application and move in date at lightning speed. Absolutely faultless service by all involved. Cannot thank them enough!

GoogleBairstow & Eves in Clapham Firstly I would like to say that Veek and Luis the branch manager are exceptionally brilliant at there job. They went above and beyond to provide a world class service and have not only helped us move into a property that we love, but have also helped us in all needed assistance afterwards. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for properties within the area, whether it's to buy or rent, as you can be assured from two happy clients that they will do the best job possible and they will not stop until you are satisfied. Thanks guys!

GoogleAbsolute worst estate agent experience. A complete break down in communication and the agents didn't look out for my interests. I was excited to rent a refurb from them off Wandsworth road, only for my ceiling to fall through - after 2 weeks of moving in. If I had been in the bed at this time I could have died: I completely understand this isn't the estate agents fault, but it was their job and duty to find me alternative accommodation, which they failed to do. They didn't even offer me storage for my belongings. Or offer to help move my things. When I called the agent, Mehmet, said that it wasn't 'his problem'. I'd lack to add that I wasn't even offered an apology for the state of my bedroom until I called up and demanded one. Discussing service, horrible company, stay away.
