Didn't have a great experience with this estate agency. Firstly, one of the agents couldn't get access to the property for viewing. Another agent had to step in, but unfortunately he didn't know much about the property (especially about what furniture belong to the tenant, and what will be there for us when we move in). Turned out that most of the furniture belonged to the previous tenant. We asked for the flat to be professionally cleaned, it wasn't cleaned at all. We were unable to check the standard of redecorating in the bathroom (only shown poor quality pictures) and paint started to come off after two weeks. When signing the contract, they forgot to tell us to set up standing order for rent (only hid the form within email attachments and post which we didn't go through as we thought it's the same as what we've been shown while signing the contract). When we discovered that rent hasn't been collected and reported it, we were treated like it's our fault. During the whole process we were dealing with three different agents. I don't recommend it.

Highly recommend Battersea Bairstow Eves. Professional and responsive. They are also extremely good at what they do. Tony Ennis in particular is brilliant. These guys are the ones to use!!

Having dealt with many lettings agents during our 6 week long search I can honestly say that Bairstow Eves in Lavender Hill, in particular the manager Luis and the negotiator Veekesh outshone the competition by a mile. They were thorough, informative, listened to our requirements and on their recommendation we viewed a property that was perfect for us. Throughout the process they have been informative, kind and very patient thoroughly explaining the process, avoiding jargon at all times. I would absolutely recommend them as an agent to rent through but also for landlords wishing to let their property as they always have their clients best interest at heart. Excellent service and extremely helpful staff. Luis Valois and Mehmet Muslu have helped me to rent out my flat and they found tenants within a week. They keep me updated with news about my property and are always available for any issue. Piara has also helped me by liasing with tenants about small issues, repairs and payments. Strongly recommend this agency to anyone thinking to let their property.

Excellent service, quick to react and professional, they helped me to find a great investment property and have managed the lettings side very well also. 5 star on every end! One of my first experiences dealing with housing by myself and a lovely chap Obi helped a great deal with making everything clear. I needed somewhere fast and I got it thanks to them. Professional and efficient - not much more needed!
