GoogleMy daughter decided to let her flat out in London. We interviewed 3 potential letting agents and finally decided to use Mili Mendez Garcia from Bairstow Eves. Our decision has proven to be a good one as Mili was most helpful in taking us through the process and formalities of being a landlord, as well as finding us a tenant. GoogleFor over a month was I was dealing with renewal department as they couldn't get my renewal contract right. I was very frustrated as no one was able help or call back. I rang Battersea Office Lavender Hill and spoke to Mili Mendez Garcia. Mili got to the bottom of the problem and sorted within a week. Would like to say BIG THANK YOU. She was the only person helpful, professional, going extra mile to help me. PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU.

GoogleI’ve recently closed my dream apartment with the help of the amazing lettting agent “Obi”. From when I first enquired right till I received my keys for the property he was working non stop to help me get exactly what I was looking for! He went above and beyond and when I’m looking for my next property or my friends and family are, I’ll be pointing them to Obis way 👍🏾

GoogleI bought 2 Flats from Bairstow Eves in 2014/15 and they have let them successfully ever since. The Lettings Team are always courteous, efficient, responsive and behave very professionally. With one flat I have had several sets of tenants but have only experience one long void between tenants and that was during Covid Lockdown, no fault of theirs. With the other flat I purchased it with the 3 tenants who stayed over 5 years and only left 2 weeks ago. Again, only one week's void. The team are proactive in finding new tenants and always guide me as to whom might be the best tenants to choose. They had several nice flats in the area I was interested in, and the small tour to visit them all allowed me to quickly get an idea of what was possible to get within my budget. I'm happy to recommend them.

GoogleBy far the worst real estate agent I have ever been involved with. The rental home we were to move into late last year was undergoing renovations at the time of the viewing and was promised to be completed by 21st November and effectively unfurnished. Move in day arrives and there are still two workers plastering and painting the ceilings and walls amongst other things, meaning the property was filthy and uninhabitable. The house had also been left full of the previous tenants furniture leaving no room for our own. The inventory report could not be completed that day either for obvious reasons. This delayed our move in date by 2 weeks until the 3rd of December and left us stuck with an uninhabitable property. Incredible lack of communication in any form from Bairstow Eves' end, both throughout the moving in process and now while we are still awaiting further repairs to be done to the house (2 months now). Many emails sent without response to multiple staff members. Avoid at all costs and save yourselves the trouble of dealing with this company.

GoogleI completely agree with Chloe Taylor. Absolute worst estate agent experience!!! THEY BROKE INSIDE THE HOUSE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!!!! ROOF LEAK that never got checked by anyone......and lots more... Lack of communication specially with Mehmet and Luis, once you pay the deposit they don't care about you and your interests. I called the office once asking for Mehmed while standing outside, I was told he wasn't there while I was looking at him through the window!!!!! They don't know the meaning of professionalism, don't meet their obligation and responsibility as an state agent (although we pay agency fee,...) if something gets broken, you better spend your money and fix it yourself because they won't take responsibility, they won't send someone to fix it. Horrible service, don't waste your money. stay away!!!
